Overall, these guys and gals are awesome. Most of the time, my order is correct, delivered quickly , and most of the drivers are friendly and courteous. I DO have an issue with the delivery charge. I believe $4.99 is too much. I think $2.00 would be more reasonable. To have the delivery charge be almost as much as the price of most of the items on the menu is ridiculous.When there's an issue with the product, (which rarely happens), I call the store and they immediately remedy...read full review
Love the detail <3 we love the pasta bowls but without the garlic butter on the crust. The online menu doesn't allow for this adjustment. So I order and call immediately following to ask to hold it. I had forgotten to call after my last order and was so happy to see they had taken customer service above and beyond and remembered to hold the butter without the call. Thanks guys <3 for the extra hospitality! Always great and personable and love coming here :)

I Order quite a few times theynever seem to get orders right, ive been letting it slide .. 4th time is it! Never gets our drinks right. My receipt shows what I ordered and still sending either liters or something different. I realize they get busy, but 4th time Please! I'm done!
