“Food is always good. But the older lady that works there is always talking bad about other people and her employees to customers. Especially when she is in there drinking. It's very unprofessional and something that should be brought up to management. It's very unbecoming to have an employee talking such bad stuff like she does.“

“I've always gone to this LC but since the one in Burlington opened up I've tried that one 4 times that one made my whole family violently sick so we recently visited this LC just to see if the quality was the same across the board and there's a Huge difference from this little Caesars (the good little Caesars) to the south Burlington one (the awful one). When we ordered there were no hot and ready pizzas which was expected for a Friday night but ours was done in less than 20 minutes and when we got to eat it, our pizzas were amazing and no one in my family got sick at all. From now on we're taking the time to go to this little Caesars despite it being further away from home because I would rather have quality pizza and not some awful pizza that basically gives you food poisoning every time you go there (again I want to clarify that the LC that makes us sick is Not the Essex location but the Burlington location).“

“Just revised this review. Took a bit to get through the drive through but once we did food was good and hot and order was accurate! Minus a star for dining room not being open but allowing friends of workers to eat in there (they were escorted in by uniformed employees)“

“Overall, these guys and gals are awesome. Most of the time, my order is correct, delivered quickly , and most of the drivers are friendly and courteous. I DO have an issue with the delivery charge. I believe $4.99 is too much. I think $2.00 would be more reasonable. To have the delivery charge be almost as much as the price of most of the items on the menu is ridiculous.When there's an issue with the product, (which rarely happens), I call the store and they immediately remedy the situation. Sometimes they deliver the correct item right away, or credit me for a replacement to be added free with my next order, either way, they give me the choice of immediate replacement or credit. They're always willing to do what it takes to make it right.“
