Order from here almost every day with my caramel ribbon crunch! Recently have started visiting through their drive through, and a wonderful gentleman named Jacob has assisted us each time. He’s so upbeat every time we come through and our brief interactions truly add another level to our coffee experience! Thank you to the wonderful staff here who work every day and make my work days a little easier!
Excellent coffee, perfectly crafted. Exceptionally packed, had a hard time getting through people to get to the coffee. Baristas were amazing and positive even under such an insane rush/workload.
Betty at the Essex, VT Starbucks (next to Lowes) is fantastic! Such great service and smiles, I will definitely come back to this location again. Had a great experience here. That girl deserves a raise!!!

However, experiences can vary significantly, especially at the drive-through. One specific drive-through worker repeatedly provides poor service, making customers feel unwelcomed with an abrupt attitude that suggests orders are a hassle. This has led to orders needing to be remade. Food items, like a bagel, may be barely lightly toasted and only room temperature as part of how they move things along. Compared to other local options, some former regulars now recommend going to a different location if one has a few extra minutes, having left after consistent order errors.
