The current team and management (2023) is absolutely incredible and is always helpful. Despite having no order online option or drive-thru, they always strive to get everything squared away fast. For having to know 50+ recipes, this location gets everything spot on ! Cant see why anyone would have a bad experience.Kid-friendliness: Always offering stickers !Dietary restrictions: Always has 4 Dairy free milks available ! Soy, Almond, Oat and Coconut.
The very sweet lady who helped me offered me a sample of their holiday combinations with chai. I was after a black coffee that day but I appreciated the offer and the ice cubes so I could drink my coffee right away.

Friendly service, but they are always so overwhelmed. There's always a crazy line and often only one person working the line. I feel bad for them because they're always nice regardless but yeah there's often a crazy wait time and you can't order ahead at this location.
