Older woman that works here is absolutely miserable. On multiple occasions she has been rude and dismissive, and refuses to make any pretzels for anyone lol. Poor kid that has to work with her was super sweet though!!
As I waited in line for my pretzel. I watched the employee pick and pulled her hair over all the pretzels. And just stand there and twisted into twisted and twisted. For a long while, she was scratching her scalp while in the food. I think people here need to wear hair next and learn hygiene.. i left the line. Also I have scene the same on hygenic behavior before. I watched one of the ladies make pretzels with no gloves as she's snodded all over her fingers and then apologized....read full review
