13 Best Fast Food Restaurants in Plattsburgh

“My husband and I went to Chick Fil A in Plattsburgh at 10:42 a.m. so impressed by Bianka S in terms of friendliness, professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. Our food was excellent!!!!! We do not wish to visit any other fast food place except Chick Fil A. We travel from Vermont just to have a great meal here!!! We were welcomed warmly and felt appreciated for our business! This is entirely unlike other fast food sites.“

“I love this place! Classic, hand-made all-American burgers, exceptional fries and delicious milkshakes. Fresh ingredients, homemade burgers and fries and the milkshakes are yummy. It is always a treat to go to Five Guys. We visited recently and the work crew was exceptional as was the food. Great job, guys!“

“I just had the best customer service experience for a takeout order. As someone who works in the industry, I know sometimes takeout orders aren’t always priority. The new manager Jade answered with the friendliest voice, she offered additional items that I was inclined to try and did order, and then also informed me of deals then ended up saving me money. What an absolute pleasure! I asked how I could tip her personally, but since it was door dash it wasn’t possible. I intend to tip her in person on my next visit, but in the meantime I’ll give the tip of my appreciation! Some people are meant for this business, and as a personal lifer in the industry I’d welcome Jade on my team in a heartbeat! Thank you!“

“It is all about the fries. Unfortunately our fries were soggy and cold. The parking area was clean, with plenty of parking available. The inside was standard for McDonald's, with the cleanliness of the restrooms being just ok. The service was extremely slow, we waited at the counter for somebody to take our order. After several moments, we gave up only to use the very dirty kiosk. It took a long while to get our soggy fries. But by the time that we discovered that they were soggy and cold, we were already on the highway.“

“Love it 🥰 was very fast service n polite ppl“

“First time trying Jersey Mikes today. It was noontime so they were busy, but the line moves quickly due to an amazing staff who all have a job and do it efficiently. The staff is super friendly. The subs are absolutely delicious and the bread…the best! Next time we will order regular size. These subs are so filling, we have leftovers for a second meal. So glad you came to our area. Well done!👏“

“Shoutout to Rt 3 Subway! On a busy Saturday night I ordered for delivery. Almost 2 hours later the app said it should’ve been delivered 30 minutes prior, and hadn’t been. I called to check in and eventually cancel the order. The food was there ready despite DoorDash not assigning any drivers. When a driver showed up 20 minutes later, they called to let me know someone had showed up and that they were remaking my order so it would still arrive hot. Really appreciate them taking the time to help me out. Even though my food was later than expected, they did all they could to make sure I still had a good meal when it did arrive :)“

“Candy is wonderful. She has a southern drawl. She is a sweetheart and I am always happy to see she is working! She makes the best subs!“

“nothing special, nothing bad. That flame broil tast has not been duplicated. I can buy TWO whoppers for what I am paying for one at Five Guys. Just facts. Now, the best burger i have ever had? Smash Burger in the Philly airport. umm um. I can still taste it lol.“

“I want to give a shout-out to the African American gentleman who worked the drive thru at breakfast time during the summer. I would stop there before visiting my now deceased mother at the hospital. The hospital was a terrible environment, and I would literally dread going there. But that gentleman at the drive thru would always say something uplifting, which would make my horrific situation more tolerable. May God bless you, Sir. That's what you would always say to me. Thank you.“
