I just had the best customer service experience for a takeout order. As someone who works in the industry, I know sometimes takeout orders aren’t always priority. The new manager Jade answered with the friendliest voice, she offered additional items that I was inclined to try and did order, and then also informed me of deals then ended up saving me money.
