Food: Cold and average.
Service: slow service and no communication.
Atmosphere: The restaurant stinks and it wasn’t making the food really appealing.
I was existed to try Taco Bell for the first time but that gave me the general idea of : bruh

The food is typically very good. And the people serving you are trying hard, but it seems like there are times they are understaffed and you have a fair amount of wait time. Service per se is fine, it's just the wait. And they have some very good deals price wise( a 5 , 7, and 9 dollar meal that makes it worthwhile to wait
My tacos were upside down in the bag and my cinnamon twists had a nasty after taste

Taco Bell has experienced some inconsistencies in their service and food quality lately. Orders have been incorrect, missing items, or looked unappetizing. The line can be a bit long, and the lobby could be cleaned up a bit. The tortilla can be dry and cracking, and napkins are sometimes not provided. Despite this, the staff are friendly and courteous. Some employees show passion and hard work, are positive and ready to help, knowledgeable about their products, and very attentive to customer service. When an issue is brought to their attention, they prepare a new item promptly without a question.
