Since it's the only taco place in town, I still come here, but 80% of the time, the drive thru is a 30+ minute wait. No freaking idea how a taco bell is this slow.
If you want to wait a hour at a fast food place for your order this is your spot. Its been years now that the plattsburgh Taco Bell drive through is the worst in the world. A line of 5 people will in the drive through will easily take 45 minutes plus. I have no idea what this places problem is but its awful service. Just too slow. Turtle Bell. Step your game up

I arrived at the Taco Bell around 6:35 pm on 3/6. I waited 15+ minutes for my order. There was a line but I figured they were busy and waited. When I got to the pickup window, the employee was kind of rude when serving my drinks and almost served me the incorrect drink before I caught it. When I was given my food, it came in a small bag instead of the two boxes it normally comes in for value boxes. I began to check my food becauseTaco Bell has not given me my full order before, and the same employee looked at me weirdly. I don’t want to pay over $16 for my food to be missing. When I got back home, I was missing several items (chips and fiesta potatoes) from my order. I am willing to give ONE more chance because I’ve worked in customer service before. Where is the service? Where are the smiles?

The order was taking a long time to be made. I understand it's busy and there are many customers, but my boyfriend has health issues and he cannot wait long to eat.I am thankful for the manager's kindness and understanding, even though she was handling difficult situations. This was not her fault.I was dissatisfied while waiting at the register because I had to wait for ten minutes, a different worker gave assistance to other customers who had short waits. Twice, I was ignored by this worker and she asked me whether I needed anything after 10 minutes with an unfriendly tone of voice, and rudely suggested that I ask for a manager. After politely asking for a refund and seeking assistance, the worker was extremely rude and made me feel awful.I also understand that the manager cannot do the refund since it's a mobile order. However, I believe that Taco Bell should come up with something where customers can receive a refund right away inside the store instead of waiting for it.Very upset with the service and I hope customers do not get treated this way in the future.

I recently visited this establishment, and I must say, it was an absolute disaster. Let me break it down for you:Order Chaos: We had to repeat our order multiple times. Seriously, how hard is it to get a simple order right? We even provided our name and order number more than once, but it seemed like the staff was playing a game of “Guess the Customer’s Order.” Not cool.Flavorless Drinks: The drinks they served us were like a sad, flavorless abyss. I mean, how can you mess up something as basic as a drink order? It’s not rocket science. Maybe they need a crash course in “Beverage 101.”Eternal Drive-Thru Line: The drive-thru line was crazier than a rollercoaster queue during peak season. I half-expected to see a sign saying, “Abandon hope, all ye who enter here.” Seriously, folks, invest in some traffic management or teleportation devices.Service? What Service?: The service was so bad that I wondered if they were secretly training their employees to be anti-customer ninjas. Rude, unhelpful, and stuck-up – the trifecta of terrible service.Overall Disaster: In summary, this place is a hot mess. They need to gather their staff, give them a pep talk (or a reality check), and figure out how to run a business. Otherwise, they’ll be losing customers faster than a melting ice cream cone on a summer day.Note to Management: If you’re reading this, please take notes. Your business needs an emergency makeover. ?1: CNBC | 2: Minc Law | 3: ReputationX
This taco bell make me want to support universal wages. That way the brain dead moron working the window could sit at home instead of screwing up everyone's order. The world would be a better place.
