“I ordered a double bacon egg and cheese on an cheddar bagel, and hands down ig was the best BEC I ever had in my life. I do not say this lightly, BEC is literally my favorite sandwich ever. I get them all over the place and this is easily the best one. The bagel was so fresh, toasted just enough but not burnt and not stale either. The bacon was hella crispy which I LOVE. I hate wet slimey fast food bacon that most places use this was some prime stuff. The egg was fried perfectly, and the sandwich itself wasnt greasy or soggy. I couldn't eat it fast enough. I usually go to Zuke's but decided to try somewhere else and I'm never going back lol. If you like breakfast sandwiches go here!!! They have so many option for bagels, different meats, etc. This is my first time ever going here but this sandwich is so good I had to immediately let everyone know.“

While other shops specialize in getting drinks out and getting customers out of the door, Chapter One is an inviting space that welcomes everyone and you can't help but want to linger a while to slow down and enjoy your drinks/food.The baristas are top notch. They are always warm and inviting and its noticeable the effort they take to remember regulars preferences and taking their time with new customers.The space is ideal for deep work with tables to sit at, or comfortable couches and chairs to lounge in and visit with friends and family. The walls are adorned with local artwork in addition to hosting markets on occasion for local vendors to sell their wares. Management works with local businesses to provide customers with food options, ex: breakfast wraps. The Owner/Manager is always serving up new drink specials with the season. They create a sense of community with their different events from book club meetings, hosting workshops and seminars, raising money for charity and other special events. All this being said, Chapter One fosters a sense of community in this third space.“
