The macarons are truly works of art: they are gorgeous and taste even better than they look. Each bite is a delight! I love bringing these treats to friends who, in turn, are surprised by the artistry and thrilled with the tastes. And just when I think that there couldn't be any more flavor combinations, Elizabeth creates another one. I'm looking forward to what she will have for summer tastes. They are sure to be delicious!“

“Atmosphere: There was a nice variety of seating options. They had a small selection of local coffee and tea for sale. In addition there were a few handcrafted items for sale.
Service: The girls behind the counter were very friendly.
Food: We got an iced London fog and iced chai Marsala. They were both great and not sickeningly sweet. She added a little maple syrup to sweeten it and it was greatly appreciated. I enjoyed the chai so much that I brought some to take home.“

“For a few years now I have been ordering Thanksgiving sides from Great Harvest - I started with the stuffing bread and rosemary chive rolls and those quickly became staples of my Thanksgiving meal. This year my partner had open heart surgery and we ordered our comfort sides plus a pumpkin pie and , and we don’t need too much else to be happy! Everyone is so kind and I love coming in, any time of the day!

Kid-friendliness: It’s a fun place to bring a kid especially if you want to try a piece of bread!

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up from the parking lot but the sidewalks are not in the best shape, but that area is getting new paving of roads and sidewalks.“

There’s usually a line because it’s so popular within the college town, residents, tourists or alumni coming back to their old stomping grounds. “I’m in town briefly while my dog is having surgery at a specialty center. I wanted to grab a quick breakfast before picking him up to go home. I mistakenly stopped at a different cafe down the road, was greeted by staff not wearing masks and arguing with each other. I paid for my food because I was caught off guard and didn’t eat it. Found Williston Coffee Shop and immediately felt like I was in the right place. Staff was friendly and polite, wearing masks and keeping customers safe. Food was so amazing and fresh, and coffee was awesome! I’m so glad the first place didn’t work out, because my tomato basil egg sandwich was incredible. I know it’s hard right now, but you guys are doing a great job keeping everyone safe with your extra protocols, and it shows. If I come back to town I will come back, and anyone that visits the veterinary practice will get a referral to your coffee shop from me!“
