“Our first time at The Hungry Bear today. It was busy but both waitresses acknowledged us and we were served quickly. Breakfast was good, they even brought an extra egg to our table as one of the yolks was broken. That to me was exceptional customer service and not expected. Portions are big. Friendly staff. “Shoutout to Rt 3 Subway! On a busy Saturday night I ordered for delivery. Almost 2 hours later the app said it should’ve been delivered 30 minutes prior, and hadn’t been. I called to check in and eventually cancel the order. The food was there ready despite DoorDash not assigning any drivers. When a driver showed up 20 minutes later, they called to let me know someone had showed up and that they were remaking my order so it would still arrive hot. Really appreciate them taking the time to help me out. Even though my food was later than expected, they did all they could to make sure I still had a good meal when it did arrive :)“

There is usually a multiple customers at a time when he is the only one in the front, he handles the pressure professionally and his customer service is always on point! “A few summers ago, I set myself the goal of trying every deli in the area to declare a winner. Well, it’s been awhile, but I’m finally ready to crown a victor, a surprising new entrant to the competition: MHAB Fresh! A fellow foodie told me about it, and I’ve now had two wonderful sandwiches there! The first was a roast beef and provolone with onions, greens, and housemade pepper relish on this amazing ciabatta. And today’s was turkey (roasted in house), ham, and salami with fresh mozzarella, marinated onions, banana peppers, lettuce, and tomato on a chewy sub roll. Just excellent! And modestly priced at $5.49 for a sizeable sandwich. They are open 10-5 on weekdays, they have three special sandwiches a day (get on their email list for notifications), and you can order ahead online for quick pickup.
