“These guys are awesome. They always make the sub right and even if they mess up. They go above and beyond to correct it. Best subway in town. This manager was training a new girl today and it was busy so the trainer needed to step away. The new girl tried to make the sub and I let her try on the first one but it didn't come out right. They remade my sub right and it was perfect. I know the new girl will be just as good in no time with the crew training her.“
“I love Subway sandwiches! I have also found that location to location they're pretty much the same. Definitely the same formula and menu.I've tried most of them and I really enjoy them all. Subway was definitely hit hard during the pandemic and are finally getting back to some kind of normal. It seems that staffing is their biggest issue but they seem to be able to work their way around it too.We stopped at this location for some lunch because it was conveniently close to our hotel. There is really not much to say here about the store. The shop is in a large strip mall with plenty of parking. The stores are really the same in look and feel. There were a couple of employees inside who seemed to handle the customers well. This store comes with plenty of light and many tables. This may be the largest Subway I ever visited.My wife and I always get the usual, roasted chicken for her and turkey for me. I will always enjoy the fact that I can put the sandwich together with all my favorites and customize the bread and cheese. Plenty of fresh vegetables here and I was able to construct one very nice sandwich.They do a good job here for a reasonable price... that's a nice thing. “Soooo, let me tell you about my Hungry Bear experience... The food was phenomenally delicious, the service was better than good, and the friendly atmosphere and customers par none. A whole lot of food for not a lot of money. I was beyond pleased. Oh, and did I say I was able to park my semi there too. If, you ever find yourself in and around the Plattsburgh, New York area, do not do yourself the disservice of not grabbing a bite here. It's worth every bit of your time and money. Nuff said!“
