“Excellent atmosphere and friendly staff. I’m just visiting the area and it seems like this spot is a favorite among the locals. The menu seems ordinary at first glance, but I had trouble making up my mind. No matter what you order it’s going to be delicious. I’d love to come again if I am ever in the area.“
“Was there for the first time today for a luncheon upstairs. It was the BEST meal. I am sad I don’t live closer. Everything had great seasoning. The staff was very nice too.“

“The owners are the FRIENDLIEST people that I’ve ever met! The most child friendly restaurant I’ve ever been to. We were able to enjoy our meal and let our son be a child. Thank you SO SO much for your hospitality🤍“

“Great service, great atmosphere. Disappointed to order the lobster roll on a brioche bun and have it come out on a hotdog bun. Bloody Mary states “all garnishes” however only served with a lime. Waitress was absolutely wonderful just a heads up on the substitution would’ve been nice.“

“we ordered delivery on 12/3 waited three hours to be told the food was delivered elsewhere due to driver error..no big deal. Although this was very frustrating I feel that this has been resolved. After speaking to the manager, she was very professional and extremely apologetic, we were offered a credit to use on our next order with them. Thank you it was a pleasure speaking with you Jodi!“

“We’ve had pizza from here for years- usually pretty decent. Ordered 2 large pizzas on Sunday for take out and the quality has significantly deteriorated from pizza in the past. Maybe more training for new workers? Maybe they don’t care as much?“

“I dont know who the cook is for dinnertime but the hot and sour soup has been above excellent lately and as spicy as I prefere. I am from near nyc and finding chinese cooked/tasting the way I grew up on has been a challenge in this part of the state. The sesame chicken and lo mein is sooo good now. Was happy with food before but I am over the moon lately! Best food in plattsburgh.“

“Always great prime rib done the way I want it every time. (Other roadhouses don’t always get it right). The waitress(Danielle) on 9/21 was excellent , friendly and everything I expected. Will always stop at this Roadhouse when in Plattsburg! Thank you.“
