“I want to go on record that my last review was for a single experience not a full experience of Peabodys. I have had the food there a handful of times and it has been great food and I would recommend this place overall. I believe I was a bit harsh in my last review and it didn’t come out as constructive, so I apologize for that and I am looking to have that review removed cause it’s not how I feel over all nor about all the food.“

“This is by far the best bar in Plattsburgh. Always has been, always will be. The Duquette family have owned this bar forever and you can expect to be treated like family here. If you don’t smile and laugh and have a great time while you’re here then you’re doing something wrong! I love you guys!“
“Came up from Michigan. Love this local bar. The vibe feels just like home and the bartender was caring, nice, on her game. For a first time experience, while watching the lions play, I don't have any complaints. If I ever get the chance to visit again. I will.“
“Perfect hot, cozy meal and dark beers on a windy, rainy day. Outstanding porter paired beautifully with gooey mushroom mac and cheese. The coffee is HOT and complements the toffee cake with bourbon cream perfectly. All this was served up quickly by super friendly folks. Would happily return for a night at the pub and a sleep at the inn.“
“I agree with the other reviewers the owner is super nice. I'll try to get the review removed from the person who is simply just trying to write something to smear a business owner with no facts! One thing I can't stand is people who write smear reviews and don't update them when a business owner tries to reach out to them to make amends. ?♂️“
“Picked up a drunk friend and brought his beer glass back inside for him. Unfortunately, that is my only interaction there tonight. I will say, it was very nice and clean inside, that is always a plus. If I drank I would definitely go there for one!! Haha, until then I will just continue to visit while I am picking up drunk friends!“
“Cant go rong at Mickey's in my opinion. The calamari app portion is smaller than it used to be & $ has gone up but with inflation that's happening everywhere ? I ordered their Beef Stroganoff for the 1st time on New Years Eve & highly recommend...it aint your Grandma's version. So delicious!!! ✌?“
“I like the atmosphere, the specials are awesome, and the service is friendly. The lack of a theme and high regular prices make it feel less than perfect though. It can't decide if it wants to be a pub, a sports bar, a club or just your grandma's house. It's away from heavy foot traffic but still close to the heart of downtown so the scattered feeling that comes with laser lights, sport ball stools and kitty/puppy wall stickers is forgivable.“
“Went to 1up for the first time last night with my family. Couldn't have had a better time anywhere else in Plattsburgh. Great food and service and the atmosphere with all the arcade machines was so nostalgic. My daughter didn't know what to do with a pocket full of quarters instead of a game credit card but adapted quickly and loved it. Looking forward to our return!“
