“Feels like 1970's decor and when we first entered it took a moment to see the dining room is upstairs, but the meal I ordered was superb! I had homade ravioli stuffed with sausage, brocollini and green peppers. The taste was outstanding. My granddaughter and her friends meals looked huge. “I wish I took photos to show you how good this restaurant is. We ate outside on a beautiful evening overlooking the harbor. The drinks and food were terrific, with the added bonus of enjoyable live music. I don't remember the musician, but he was a one-man band, and his performance added a nice ambiance to the evening. The manager stopped by to ensure that we were happy with our meal. We stated the drinks, appetizers, main course, dinner, dessert was spectacular, and this was accentuated by our terrific server Micere. Micere, thank you for presenting us a great meal. We will definitely be coming back again.Dietary restrictions: We had a person with food allergies dining with us, and the server was very attentive to make sure the kitchen understood what would be acceptable.“
“My husband, daughter and I enjoyed a birthday meal at the Mariner on Labour Day weekend and we are already planning a return soon! First, do not let the plain street facade trick you: the stylish-but-easygoing vibe inside and the stunning lake views more than makes up for it. Food was delicious and clearly made with care. In restaurants, it's often the simple things that are the most difficult to get consistently right but the chefs here definitely knew what they were doing! The fries were thin, crispy and perfectly salted (just like you would find them at a French brasserie) and the broth accompanying the steamed mussels was just INSANELY good. Service was attentive and we really felt welcomed by the friendly owners-managers Brandon and Theresa. So do make the drive (from Plattsburgh or elsewhere) and check it out for yourselves if you haven't already. This restaurant is a gem! N.B. If I had to suggest one thing, I guess it would be to consider adding a few more intimate tables to the large 6-person family-style setups. This would be a great spot to visit with a small group or for a special date.“
“This was a large group business meeting event in their event space. There was no service per se other than at the bar and the food was buffet. The room was good and the food was surprisingly good given the nature of these type of events. The vegetables were well cooked, the chicken was moist and the beef was medium rare to medium.“
“Convenient location, nice atmosphere and good variety menu. The chicken fajita flatbread and fried shrimp were delicious. Really enjoyed the frozen strawberry lemonade. We also ordered the buffalo mac and cheese to take back to our hotel. Jenny was such a pleasant waitress and accommodated our request immediately.“

“My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch. She had fried clams, and I had the all you can eat broiled haddock. The food was excellent, the service was great, and everyone was very friendly. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you're in the area.“
