“We live just a few minutes away and consider The Shelburne Tap House our “neighborhood joint.” The staff are always wonderful and the food is consistently high quality. Also, I love that Bob Ross is often on over the bar and that they recently added pizza to their repertoire. Ask for the salt and vinegar wings extra crispy, order the pretzels with cheese sauce, and don’t forget to look at the specials menu! The smash burgers this week were tops!“

“The first place I've ever had corned beef hash cooked correctly, crispy! This was a delicious diner! The service 10 out of 10! Blueberry pancakes, thick rye toast, eggs and home fries! I can see why it was so busy with locals! We are Floridians traveling cross country in our RV! Maybe can do another breakfast before we leave town! Great job!!!“

“Came here at opening time at 6, but was only able to get in around 6:30 as there is something off with the automatic door's timer. Still the best laundry in. 15 mile radius: spacious, plenty parking, never too busy in the morning, clean restroom.“

“Got the Thai chicken on curry and cheesesteak on white. Both big and tasty, but 2/3 of the Thai was rice and 2/3 of the cheesesteak was filled with lettuce. Curry wrap was good! If there was a little more protein in each and chicken wasn’t bland I’d go 5 star. Still a solid lunch spot.“

“I stopped there recently with my girlfriend and we both had western omelets that were fantastic. Mine was the best omelet I've had in quite a time. The eggs were fluffy and seasoned very well and all of the other ingredients were fresh and flavorful. We ordered directly from the cook who was very friendly and kind, in a cute little dining room that was playing the classics and was so quaint, homey, charming and friendly that we've already sworn we would go back. “Visiting my childhood hometown from out of state and went for lunch with an old friend. The service was quick, kind, and very attentive, and took care with my numerous allergies. The food was good and I came back to try the flourless chocolate cake!
They had lots of food options for those with allergies, I wasn't limited to just a few!

The patio is nice but near a busy intersection. I preferred sitting inside to chat with my friend, but outside alone was fine.“

We ordered drinks, the Steak Tartare, rolls, the filet minion special, the ribeye and finished it off with orange crème brûlée and the Guild sundae. Can't take coupons at the bar unless there is a manager present, so that's annoying.It's an overpriced restaurant for the quality of food they serve but it's a game center so people will still buy. The sliders are probably the best thing on their menu.“

“I’m in town briefly while my dog is having surgery at a specialty center. I wanted to grab a quick breakfast before picking him up to go home. I mistakenly stopped at a different cafe down the road, was greeted by staff not wearing masks and arguing with each other. I paid for my food because I was caught off guard and didn’t eat it. Found Williston Coffee Shop and immediately felt like I was in the right place. Staff was friendly and polite, wearing masks and keeping customers safe. Food was so amazing and fresh, and coffee was awesome! I’m so glad the first place didn’t work out, because my tomato basil egg sandwich was incredible. I know it’s hard right now, but you guys are doing a great job keeping everyone safe with your extra protocols, and it shows. If I come back to town I will come back, and anyone that visits the veterinary practice will get a referral to your coffee shop from me!“

Everything else is cooked and made perfectly; excellent portions and reasonably priced. Service is fast and tireless, they work hard and it shows. I don’t often tip for pickup service, but I always will here, and at 20%+. Highly, highly recommend Paisley Hippo.“
