“My wife and I went in for a nice breakfast with my daughter and her partner. We were greeted by a nice young waitress named Norra and her service was excellent. She was very attentive and insured that everything we ordered was correct. All of the food was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious. The only change that I would make is the homemade hash brown which to me was a little dense and needed a little bit more seasoning. Otherwise everything was great. We will definitely be back here the next time we visit Vermont.“

“I consider cheeseburgers to be the most perfect food, and this burger was one of the best I've ever had. Huge, juicy, full of flavor, decently priced, and the fries were great too. I would give Mule Bar five stars if the seats had backs - as a person over 40 the trend of stools in pubs is one I don't enjoy!“

“Got the Thai chicken on curry and cheesesteak on white. Both big and tasty, but 2/3 of the Thai was rice and 2/3 of the cheesesteak was filled with lettuce. Curry wrap was good! If there was a little more protein in each and chicken wasn’t bland I’d go 5 star. Still a solid lunch spot.“

The eggs were fluffy and seasoned very well and all of the other ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Can't take coupons at the bar unless there is a manager present, so that's annoying.It's an overpriced restaurant for the quality of food they serve but it's a game center so people will still buy. “I visited this restaurant with two girlfriends on a beautiful summer day and sat outdoors. We had the tarragon chicken salad wrap with fries and the BLT with sweet potato fries which were delicious. Our server did a great job and there is plenty of parking. I hope to return soon!“

“Super-fun experience at the culinary experience at the Essex Resort in Essex, VT. Our instructor, Denise, led us through the recipes and techniques to create a wonderful Vermont dinner that included roasted root vegetables, braised chicken (in dark beer and demi-glacé) with shallots and a variety of mushrooms, and a lovely kale salad. We were given the opportunity to decorate autumn themed sugar cookies as well as dip tiny apples into a luscious caramel coating. A small group of 9 students made the experience very intimate. Our meal was served with wine and fresh bread accompanied by an herbed compound butter. Denise was a perfect instructor and I would recommend the experience to anyone who loves to cook.“

“Being highly allergic to onions I made that clear to the waitress, the cook accidentally added onions by mistake. The waitress caught it and had the cook recook mine and my dates meals all over again. The namager actually came to our table to explain the situation and apologized for the mistake. Owning the mistake was a huge deal for my date and I. Much appreciated for sure. That screams how well these folks at this Williston Vermont location care about their customers. I give the staff 2 thumbs up I'd rather give 6 but I ly got 2. Lol thank you to the staff at this location.“

I mistakenly stopped at a different cafe down the road, was greeted by staff not wearing masks and arguing with each other. I paid for my food because I was caught off guard and didn’t eat it. Found Williston Coffee Shop and immediately felt like I was in the right place. Staff was friendly and polite, wearing masks and keeping customers safe. Food was so amazing and fresh, and coffee was awesome! I’m so glad the first place didn’t work out, because my tomato basil egg sandwich was incredible. I know it’s hard right now, but you guys are doing a great job keeping everyone safe with your extra protocols, and it shows. If I come back to town I will come back, and anyone that visits the veterinary practice will get a referral to your coffee shop from me!“
