“i took my son to Athens for the first time. The staff was super friendly. The food was delicious. The food came out hot and fairly quick. My son told the waitress he rates it a 5 star. She told the owner. He came out asked if he was Kaleb. He introduced himself and thanked him! We will deffinently be coming back!“

Can't take coupons at the bar unless there is a manager present, so that's annoying.It's an overpriced restaurant for the quality of food they serve but it's a game center so people will still buy. “I cannot say enough good things about Bevo. I never once had to worry about a thing. Kathleen and her staff thought of everything. From our first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. Kathleen was so helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process and offered tons of ideas for things we hadn't even thought of. We were able to create our own menu (build your own tacos as well as a mac and cheese bar) and Kathleen offered excellent suggestions of things to go with it. You name it, and Bevo can do it. Leading up the the wedding, Kathleen was great about checking in and seeing if we needed help with anything. The day of the wedding was wonderful. The entire Bevo staff was kind, attentive and incredibly professional. The chefs out-did themselves, we are still getting compliments from our guests about the delicious food and the abundance of it. Throughout the evening, the staff would bring my wife and I water, reminding us to stay hydrated. They were all so sweet and everything went so smoothly. At the end of the evening, they provided us with two large bags full of food for us to take home, which was a real life saver the next few days with all our family in town. Between the delicious food, and the wonderful staff, we will be recommending Bevo to everyone we see. They are without a doubt the best catering company!“

The burger was juicy with great flavor and fries are great taste with generous amount of cheese and bacon. My husband had garlic parmesan cheese fries and there take on a big Mac. “I spent one night at the Hampton Inn next-door to the lighthouse restaurant and instead of driving into Burlington I decided to walk to the lighthouse restaurant. Wow wow wow! I was really surprised how fantastic my meal was and the drinks were Over the top great.

I asked If the tuna was fresh and it simply was fantastic. There are some reviews that are subpar on this website but personally, I think these people just had a bad night. I come to Burlington often and stay at this hotel and there’s no need for me to drive into Burlington, search for place to park since now I have my new favorite. Nice people and great food.“

The eggs were fluffy and seasoned very well and all of the other ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Our instructor, Denise, led us through the recipes and techniques to create a wonderful Vermont dinner that included roasted root vegetables, braised chicken (in dark beer and demi-glacé) with shallots and a variety of mushrooms, and a lovely kale salad. We were given the opportunity to decorate autumn themed sugar cookies as well as dip tiny apples into a luscious caramel coating. A small group of 9 students made the experience very intimate. Our meal was served with wine and fresh bread accompanied by an herbed compound butter. Denise was a perfect instructor and I would recommend the experience to anyone who loves to cook.“

The waitress caught it and had the cook recook mine and my dates meals all over again. The namager actually came to our table to explain the situation and apologized for the mistake. Owning the mistake was a huge deal for my date and I. Much appreciated for sure. That screams how well these folks at this Williston Vermont location care about their customers. I give the staff 2 thumbs up I'd rather give 6 but I ly got 2. Lol thank you to the staff at this location.“

“My wife and I went in for a nice breakfast with my daughter and her partner. We were greeted by a nice young waitress named Norra and her service was excellent. She was very attentive and insured that everything we ordered was correct. All of the food was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious. The only change that I would make is the homemade hash brown which to me was a little dense and needed a little bit more seasoning. Otherwise everything was great. We will definitely be back here the next time we visit Vermont.“
