“i took my son to Athens for the first time. The staff was super friendly. The food was delicious. The food came out hot and fairly quick. My son told the waitress he rates it a 5 star. She told the owner. He came out asked if he was Kaleb. He introduced himself and thanked him! We will deffinently be coming back!“

“I cannot say enough good things about Bevo. I never once had to worry about a thing. Kathleen and her staff thought of everything. From our first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. Kathleen was so helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process and offered tons of ideas for things we hadn't even thought of. We were able to create our own menu (build your own tacos as well as a mac and cheese bar) and Kathleen offered excellent suggestions of things to go with it. You name it, and Bevo can do it. Leading up the the wedding, Kathleen was great about checking in and seeing if we needed help with anything. The day of the wedding was wonderful. The entire Bevo staff was kind, attentive and incredibly professional. The chefs out-did themselves, we are still getting compliments from our guests about the delicious food and the abundance of it. Throughout the evening, the staff would bring my wife and I water, reminding us to stay hydrated. They were all so sweet and everything went so smoothly. At the end of the evening, they provided us with two large bags full of food for us to take home, which was a real life saver the next few days with all our family in town. Between the delicious food, and the wonderful staff, we will be recommending Bevo to everyone we see. They are without a doubt the best catering company!“

Can't take coupons at the bar unless there is a manager present, so that's annoying.It's an overpriced restaurant for the quality of food they serve but it's a game center so people will still buy. The sliders are probably the best thing on their menu.“

Burger Bar has a vibe which is a combination of a bar and a dinner (although you won't see and booths).“

“I stopped there recently with my girlfriend and we both had western omelets that were fantastic. Mine was the best omelet I've had in quite a time. The eggs were fluffy and seasoned very well and all of the other ingredients were fresh and flavorful. We ordered directly from the cook who was very friendly and kind, in a cute little dining room that was playing the classics and was so quaint, homey, charming and friendly that we've already sworn we would go back. “This review is long overdue. Visited the last week of June. We stopped into Burlington Bay while trying to escape a surprise downpour and I’m glad we did!

We only had a few minutes, so we ordered fries, and WOW… the portion was huge! They were delicious, and the team was friendly. Definitely a great spot to grab lunch if you’re in downtown Burlington.

We ordered drinks, the Steak Tartare, rolls, the filet minion special, the ribeye and finished it off with orange crème brûlée and the Guild sundae. “Being highly allergic to onions I made that clear to the waitress, the cook accidentally added onions by mistake. The waitress caught it and had the cook recook mine and my dates meals all over again. The namager actually came to our table to explain the situation and apologized for the mistake. Owning the mistake was a huge deal for my date and I. Much appreciated for sure. That screams how well these folks at this Williston Vermont location care about their customers. I give the staff 2 thumbs up I'd rather give 6 but I ly got 2. Lol thank you to the staff at this location.“

I mistakenly stopped at a different cafe down the road, was greeted by staff not wearing masks and arguing with each other. I paid for my food because I was caught off guard and didn’t eat it. Found Williston Coffee Shop and immediately felt like I was in the right place. Staff was friendly and polite, wearing masks and keeping customers safe. Food was so amazing and fresh, and coffee was awesome! I’m so glad the first place didn’t work out, because my tomato basil egg sandwich was incredible. I know it’s hard right now, but you guys are doing a great job keeping everyone safe with your extra protocols, and it shows. If I come back to town I will come back, and anyone that visits the veterinary practice will get a referral to your coffee shop from me!“

“Super-fun experience at the culinary experience at the Essex Resort in Essex, VT. Our instructor, Denise, led us through the recipes and techniques to create a wonderful Vermont dinner that included roasted root vegetables, braised chicken (in dark beer and demi-glacé) with shallots and a variety of mushrooms, and a lovely kale salad. We were given the opportunity to decorate autumn themed sugar cookies as well as dip tiny apples into a luscious caramel coating. A small group of 9 students made the experience very intimate. Our meal was served with wine and fresh bread accompanied by an herbed compound butter. Denise was a perfect instructor and I would recommend the experience to anyone who loves to cook.“

“My wife and I tried this place, thinking about lunch. To our surprise, it’s really a breakfast/brunch place. I had the Kahlua French toast, which was fantastic. It was light and fluffy, grilled to perfection. The sausage links on the side were disappointing. It seemed they came from a box of frozen sausage links and they just heated them up. My wife had an eggs dish (sorry, I’m not an egg person so I don’t remember what it was). But the Canadian bacon looked great, so I’ll get that next time. She enjoyed her meal and loved the potatoes. She said there was some onion in them and most places don’t do that anymore.

The hostess was very nice and accommodating. Our server was great. He came by with the coffee pot asking if I wanted a refill. He stopped by the table a couple times to be sure everything was ok. Great service overall.
