Last week, my extended family had a reunion which this year was in Burlington. For one of the days we reserved the pavilion at North Beach and made the very good decision to have Bluebird barbeque.
Bluebird was extremely easy to work with ordering the smoked chicken, brisket, smashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and corn bread. Everything was ready, hot and well packed when I arrived to pick it up. The entire family loved the food. I can't imagine a better choice.
