“This breakfast food was the best food I've ever had! I'm a foodie but I don't ever expect much from breakfast and this food blew me away! My husband and I shared 4 small items and it ALL WAS AMAZING! On top of that, the service was fast, warm, friendly and professional! Coffee was refilled more than I even needed and it was delicious!! Truly an amazing place- I don't live local and I am trying to convince my husband to move now! Lol“

“The whole family enjoyed an excellent meal tonight start to finish. Service was friendly and quick. The setting was beautiful. Salads were fresh and flavorful. Had the kalette appetizer which the whole table enjoyed. Entrees were fantastic! I had the rib eye. One son had the steak au poivre; another had haddock with heirloom tomatoes, and my husband had the pork chops. We all agreed it was a perfect meal. We ended the meal with wonderful desserts - maple creme brulee, marscapone cheesecake, banana bread pudding, and ice cream with a praline topping. Just the right size and sweetness to finish this wonderful meal. We hope to be back soon.“

“I cannot thank Paris and the team enough for all the help with a surprise birthday party. There was 20 of us and they made it look easy. The food came out tasting perfect and within great timing. “I've been going to Middlebury bagel and deli for decades now. I've never had a bad meal, and as someone allergic to corn, I really appreciate that the bagels are all made traditionally without corn meal. I honestly think these bagels and donuts are the best in VT. They are certainly the best I've ever had in New England.“

“Stopped by Mr. Up’s in Middlebury, Vermont for an episode of Jaguar’s Guide TV, and this was a really good casual dinner experience.
The restaurant has that classic, comfortable pub-style feel. I had a reservation, got seated quickly, and the night started off smooth.
The food was good overall. The calamari was a strong appetizer, but the standout for me was definitely the Thumbs & Toes with blue cheese and maple BBQ sauce. That was a 10/10. The Chicken Parmesan was solid too, with the chicken being stronger than the pasta.
What really elevated the experience was the service. Big shoutout to Caroline. She was pleasant, attentive, checked in several times, and made the meal feel comfortable from start to finish.

“"Do you want some free bacon?", well of course I do. And while I'm at it let me try this spicy sweet sauce on it. And let me go ahead and buy some of that sweet tree heat maple. That's pretty much how it went down. Super tasty maple that's going on my hot wings. and glazed salmon. and vanilla icecream. and probably a ton of other things I haven't figured out yet.“
