“We ate there with the prior menu in place and now the new menu. Have to say both were very good but the edge goes to the current selection.“

“This restaurant is a gem! Delicious food, cozy setting and lovely and friendly staff! Don't miss this great restaurant! Get there early for a table for a more quiet and cozy experience. We went there early (4:15pm) and later (7:30pm) and both experiences were highly enjoyable for a family of 4 (two adults and two teenagers). We were there 3 nights of our 5 nights in Warren! Kept going back!
Pictured: loaded grilled cheese (bread, Vermont cheddar, apples, bacon, and caramelized onions) and apple pie egg rolls
Both yummy!!!!
Other food to not miss:
Misfit maple burger
Brussel sprouts

“Hostel Tevere has genuinely improved my snowboarding experience in the United States. I’m a recent immigrant, and finding as many skiing and riding friends as I had back home was a challenge. At Hostel Tevere, you can sit by the coziest fireplace in the world and chat with strangers who share your interests while the fire dries your boots. Everything is perfect at this hostel — the location, the people, the restaurant, the bar, the beds, and the morning coffee. Thank you, Ryan! I loved watching how you run the place. For those who don’t know, Ryan is the owner and a skier. I’m an adult with grown‑up kids and thought my hostel‑staying days were long gone. Happy to admit I was wrong. Hostel Tevere allowed me to afford more snowboarding days this season than I ever thought I would have.“

“I’ve been coming to the Sugarbush each year for 22 years to ski and only now discovered the best sandwich shop in the valley. Close to Sugarbush and great fresh selection of sandwiches. The bread is homemade and they use boars head meats. NYC bagels are also for sale!“

“It was a wonderful experience actually. Some reviews for the place made me iffy with pricing. But it's a restaurant at the base of the mountain. If lift tickets are pricy so is food. So people who are reviewing keep saying the food was expensive... It was normal pricing for were the restaurant is at and the ambiance with also amazing food. I got the smash burger and garlic fries. My boyfriend got the braised chicken with mash potatoes. Both amazingly delicious. We got the maple crcrème brûlée and the chocolate tarte cake. It was beyond what i imagined. The waiters was very helpful thoughtful and friendly. If your staying at lodges on the mountain. I highly recommend going here at least once. Come in the middle of the week and it's not busy at all. Do a reservation for busy weekends though. Worth trying out espically if your hungry and want a different experience.“

“Great place to stop in after a day of traveling, hiking or have a wedding. Really enjoyed the BBQ they had, it was a first, but I am told they are going to do more! Not too smoky just right! Really great game area with cornhole and mini golf Drinks were amazing as well! Had a nice selection of whiskey bourbon with local beers! Shoutout to Jenny aka JBlock! And Staff! You guys were amazing!“
