We ate there with the prior menu in place and now the new menu. Have to say both were very good but the edge goes to the current selection.
Scrag & Roe is one of the best fine dining options in the Mad River Valley, offering a unique, globally inspired menu with fresh ingredients and a warm, inviting ambiance. It is highly recommended for those seeking a memorable dining experience in Waitsfield. Incredibly fresh, vibrant, and authentic Asian and pan-Asian cuisine, with a strong focus on seafood and shareable small plates.
If I listed all the amazing things I love about Scrag and Roe this review would be a novel so I will try to keep it short! The food rivals any Michelin Star restaurant that I have eaten at around the world - you can tell that it is all authentic and that Nathan has experienced these cuisines first hand through all his travels.
