I've always had consistently great food from Canteen. The burgers are cooked to perfection and the "dirty tots" are my favorite food these days. The young staff front and back of the house are troopers. Over 100 degrees in that kitchen and they all still pumped out orders with excellent results. By far my favorite place to eat in the valley.
