Flatbread was great! The pickled cucumber is amazing! The vegetable flatbread is the best! But please add some options to add protein like turkey, chicken, or any other meat. (They have sausage and pepperoni.) But I prefer meat.
Fun place to stay with yummy pizza too!
Pizza was AMAZING!! You can really tell everything is homemade and fresh. The pizza came super quick! The servers were also awesome, they came quick with everything even with the place being packed and came over many times to check on you. A few cats roaming, which are adorable. And fires to sit by if it's chilly. Large parking lot and amazing place in general. I 100% recommend!

Each flatbread reflects care and the use of ingredients from nearby farmers, making the food soulful and straight from the land. The Evolution Salad and other flatbreads are more than just menu items—they embody the restaurant’s dedication to quality. The brownie sundae, topped with hot fudge and ice cream, remains a delightful treat. Although there may be a wait for a table, the fresh, locally inspired pizza is well worth it, offering a true Vermont dining experience.
