LOVED this place! We ordered the Classic Vermont Sausage and the “special” brisket flatbread.2 halves was the perfect portion for two! Evolution salad was AMAZING! This place is legit! Must try!!!
Our go to eatery in Waitsfield area for over 15 years.The flatbread is fantastic, the barn so cozy, feel the warmth from the beehive oven! The grounds are wonderful.Usually we visit during ski season but this year we came for fall foliage. The farm was in full harvest mode and it was beautiful.

4 stars reflect the fact that the food was delicious. However, the service knocks them down a star. Being made to order right when you walk in before being sat was a little odd. From there, it was unclear what the system was for ordering more or getting refills, so we walked back to the front to add to our tab. Various staff brought out the drinks and food we ordered, but there is no wait service. Therefore, when it came time to close out, we paid what we felt was a generous 15%...read full review
