Was recommended to Fancys by a highly reputable source. Excellent flavors, while being light and flavorful was surprised that the dishes were not heavy. The lentil pancake was flat, crispy, airy. The zaatar focaccia was incredible, probably the best focaccia I've ever had with perfectly balanced flavor, spice, and texture (crispy top and spongey interior). Would rank this on the top 10% of Burlington restaurants.
I had the vegan tasting menu and truly one of the best meals of my life. Even the guy next to me (not having the vegan tasting menu) agreed on how good the food was. Got to try yellow watermelon which was insanely delicious. And I had two desserts because I refused to leave that place without making sure I experienced it all. It was just that good. Service and vibe was also on point. I splurged but I felt everything was reasonably priced.
