“Was recommended to Fancys by a highly reputable source. Excellent flavors, while being light and flavorful was surprised that the dishes were not heavy. The lentil pancake was flat, crispy, airy. The zaatar focaccia was incredible, probably the best focaccia I've ever had with perfectly balanced flavor, spice, and texture (crispy top and spongey interior). Would rank this on the top 10% of Burlington restaurants.“
