There’s a German word Schatzi that means treasure and this place is a little treasure indeed. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh. Sakes were delicious. The appetizers were incredible - we got the oshinko, soba, and tuna with quail egg. My partner got the sushi assortment and I got the steamed salmon in miso butter. I can *bathe* in that miso butter. We are so lucky to have this place in Burlington. It is the best and freshest sushi here by a long shot. We have tried every other sushi place multiple times and nothing comes close. We have also now been 20+ times and can say it is consistently
