What a gorgeously prepared, presented, and sumptuous French restaurant! It's rare to find food of this caliber in the US. The seasoning was divine, and my tuna was out of this world! What a fabulous birthday meal. Molly's service was incredible, and the chef even visited tableside to chat. How classy--sensational experience!
I found the staff to be attentive and kind, my glass was never empty. The food is a wonderful mix of classic French dishes and bold unique flavors. The prices feel very reasonable for the quality of food and atmosphere. I will definitely be returning when I come back to Burlington!!
One of the more special and memorable dinners of recent memory. Superb French food, outstanding service, and a chef who just might stop by your table to chat. He was charming and answered our many questions about the origins of the bistro and about the preparation of our dinners. Marvelous.
