“When word spreads, this charming Vietnamese restaurant might become packed with eager diners. I just hope they maintain their quality because the food here surpasses even homemade dishes. The chicken was perfectly crispy yet juicy, the vegetables were tender without being overly chewy, the rice was excellent—like a fluffy cloud, and the tea was pleasantly flavorful even when unsweetened, without any bitterness.“
“The pork lemongrass Bahn-mi Sandwich was very good. Vegetables were very fresh, pork was flavorful and the bread was great. Bigger than I expected. Could have a little more fillings to bread ratio but overall was very satisfied and would go back again. It was very clean and nice inside, no qualms with service.“
“On a cold Burlington night nothing makes me feel better than a hot bowl of fresh Pho. Came in here on a Monday night. It was quiet and quaint inside. Only a few tables but luckily it wasn't crowded. The waitress sat our groups quickly and took our drink orders. They have alcoholic beverages but I chose to have a ginger ale. I ordered the Dac Biet, it came with medium rare brisket, flank brisket, fatty beef, and tendon. It came out quickly. Flavor was great and it was not too hot. Perfect for a cold night. The bean sprouts and mint leaves came out on the side so you can feel free to add as much or as little as you like. Good experience the only thing prevented them from getting 5 stars was they never brought out my ginger ale and at the end it took a while for them to bring my check after I was ready to go.“
“Ordered 2 banh mi. Was a little disappointed I got lightly toasted sub rolls/kaiser rolls instead of a baguette style roll. Upon seeing other pics around here. They may have just run out of the baguettes when I ordered. Will try again. The filling/meat was great, if they were in a baguette, then the sandwiches would have been excellant.“
“Food is good and very reasonably priced. My partner loves the Pho's chicken broth. Their Pad Tia is as good as any other resturant in thr Burlington area. The servings are large for lunch, so we only made a salad for dinner.Dietary restrictions: Able to avoid gluten.“
“The attendees was not the most welcoming, however the pho was really great . The appetizer was great as well . Them tiger stick is lit .I am happy to find a great pho place in Vermont. Please just improve on how you welcome someone. Don’t make them feel like unwelcome even though the food and the atmosphere is great. That all .“
“Came here for lunch on a Monday. Not crowded. Nice family run business with nice ambiance and a variety of options on menu. I had the pork bun which was good, but the pork was dry. My sister had the hot and sour soup which she said was good. They have boba and Thai tea. Prices are reasonable and good service. Parking lot available. Would return to try other entrees.“
“This place has a fantastic fusion of my ethnic foods, including Asian, Indian, Vietnamese, and Mexican. Amazingly, it is all good. I've tried different dishes on each visit. The place is not very busy, and I hope people will start eating here do it doesn't go out of business!!“
“Good affordable pho, served quickly. Plenty of meat in both the pho tai and pho ga we ordered. Everything was very fresh and delicious. Was surprised they were able to source Thai basil in midwinter in VT!Space is very sparse and there was a sometimes-glitchy loud TV playing in the background. Seemed like a place more focused on takeout than dine in service.“
“This Vietnamese restaurant is an absolute delight! The pho here is nothing short of sensational - the broth is rich, flavorful, and simmered to perfection, while the noodles are cooked just right. Each dish bursts with authenticity, whether it's the tender grilled pork or the refreshing summer rolls packed with vibrant veggies and succulent. Service is a little slow but that’s because the place is packed. If you're craving genuine Vietnamese cuisine, look no further than this culinary gem! Highly recommend to anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience.“
