“For my birthday today, I wanted the scallion pancakes from Green Mountain Potstickers and pre-ordered those plus some potstickers. When I went to pick up my order, Carey had surprised me with amazing flowers from June Farm...what??? Not only was the food excellent, that was so sweet, unexpected and way beyond what one would do for a stranger...it is definitely much appreciated! Thank you Carey and as you can see from the photo, the pancakes and half of the dumplings were consumed before I can take a photo. 😜 You made my morning and our tummies were very grateful!“

“Stir fry the way it should be done. Veggies in a unique blend, pleasant sauce--not too salty--tying crispy veg together with tender meat. No sign of canned corn or bitter bamboo here. Hot sauce is super for the brave...the Asian discovery of 2025!“

“I’ve never craved a specific dish that is worth writing a review on but you have to understand. Burlington VT is about 2 hours away from me but when I’m desperate, I am willing to make the drive JUST for a bowl of chicken shoyu and gyoza dumplings with lemon water. The lemon water has the perfect ice to water ratio with the perfectly sliced lemon wedge on the edge of the cup. The gyoza dumplings? It’s ALWAYS at the perfect temperature and the dipping sauce? It’s amazing I don’t even know what it is but I could drink it, it’s that good. Let me write you an essay on the chicken shoyu ramen dish.. for starters the bowl is huge, I find the portion to be well worth the money. There’s the perfect amount of broth to complement the noodles very nicely. The toppings? It’s placed on top to perfection, I always ask for extra mushrooms, corn and I always ask to make it spicy because what’s a good bowl of ramen if your nose isn’t running? I absolutely love mixing the egg in the soup and chewing on the onion and just enjoying everything I’m inhaling. This place is 10000%% a hidden gem and I’m so thankful this girl at the mall recommended this place to me when I asked if there was any good spots to eat at. This IS the spot, this is the place you want to be at. This place is worth the drive from NY!! coming from someone who’s afraid of driving in their 2WRD car especially in the winter. The minute I have my days off you know where to find me because it’s been a long awaited 6 months without my bowl of ramen and the cravings are driving me insane enough to write a review. Please just try it out if you are considering this place, it’s so worth it!! You’ll soon catch yourself writing a review explaining how much you love this place like me🤗“

“Overall great food. Just not sure when they'll open up again. Been closed almost a month now.“
“This place is a true gem of a restaurant in the Western Colchester / New North End area. Unlike a lot of Asian restaurants in the area that seem to either repeat the same menu as other places, or are made of very cheap ingredients, the dishes from this Ji Bei Chuan tastes like they're made with a lot of love, freshness, and pride. The noodle consistency and quality is outstanding. And huge portions of the price!! Very happy to have them in the neighborhood as a delicious option.“
“Amazing mango lassi and momos. Great customer service!!“

“This has been my go to Chinese restaurant for both dine in and take-out for many years, but I never thought to leave a review until today when I noticed some of the negative reviews. Some people apparently don’t get Chinese cuisine and are mad that there are or aren’t vegetables in whatever dish they happened to order. You can just ask for what you want and they’ll help you order. The food is always tasty and always consistent. Like I said, I’ve been coming here for years and my favorite dishes are always prepared the same way. The vegetables are always fresh, the meat is tender, and the fried foods are golden and crispy. They have a large selection including vegetarian protein and traditional dishes. For dine in, it’s a nice ambiance and they have an awesome tropical drink menu. It’s fun to get a scorpion bowl or a pina colada. I take my Chinese friends, my vegan friends, and my Jewish friends here, and everyone is happy.“

“Hop Sing, hop, sing, I hop sing with joy when I order the spring rolls. Freaking unbelievable, especially if you’re trying to compare it to other Chinese food spots. I forget the young lady at the character, always sweet always helpful, she told me that they’re better because they make them fresh twice a week. I’m telling you, you can taste the difference! Lightly seasoned with whatever they do with it, the vegetables are always crisp fresh and the duck sauce, they also make in store, and it is just different. Good prices, especially when you’re getting handmade homemade food!“

“I am a big fan of Chopsticks House II. They have all the classic American Chinese food favorites like sesame chicken and lo mein. They also have authentic tasting May Fun 米粉, julienne potatoes and ribs. I drive from Shelburne to get my Chinese food there. There are 10 Chinese places closer and I go there if that is saying anything.“

“Food was horrible, 6 empty bins. When we complained they said they were getting ready to close because of weather so they stopped cooking. I asked why we are being charged full price she responded, "You lucky we open" No! you're lucky I paid the bogus bill of 52.00 for lunch for 2. Oh, they now add on 18% gratuity automatically, you have no say about it.“

“The food is satisfying and the portion sizes are generous. I usually end up taking hone leftovers. There is a decent sushi bar. Many drink options are available; you can skip the tea. Staff is always friendly and happy to see us. Lighting is easy on the eyes, and the music is usually gentle and pleasant.“
