It’s been a while since I’ve visited a Ben & Jerry’s shop, and this experience in downtown Vermont reminded me just how special it is. The staff was fantastic—especially the young lady who helped me. She was so friendly, patient, and let me sample several flavors until I found the ones I loved.
I ended up getting two pints: their unique chocolate and a cookie dough flavor that had a twist compared to the usual ones. I also tried the mango flavor, which was absolutely amazing—refreshing and full of flavor. Honestly, I was almost full just from tasting, but the ice cream was too good to pass up.
The atmosphere was perfect too. Sitting outside in the heart of downtown Vermont with my ice cream was such a great experience. It’s not every day you come across a Ben & Jerry’s shop anymore, so I really appreciated being able to visit. I’m already planning to go back tomorrow to enjoy more flavors!

Went there for ice cream once we arrived on campus for move in day. We got there at 9:30 and the staff did a great job getting us ice cream in an expedient manner.

Great dairy free ice cream! I have egg and dairy allergies. I really appreciated the protocol they have in place. The lady that took my order went and got my dairy free ice cream from another area, so I wouldn’t have to worry about cross contamination. Great job!!

There's not much space to move around or really sit comfortably. Ice cream was great though, and the employees were nice.
We had a super sweet server who helped us find gluten-free options and even scooped from the back when she found out I was celiac! Didn't get her name, but just wanted to recognize the kindness.

someone must’ve not picked up an order on 7/19 of a chocolate chip cookie dough cause i got double what i ordered tonight for free! so beyond kind of the people who worked there tonight! appreciate it tons coming one tired and sweaty prek teacher!!
