So fun!!! Cool seating, its a must-see. Ice cream tasted great.
This location is always very busy. However, the staff goes out of their way so you don’t have to wait very long! Everyone is so kind and helpful. The ice cream is always delicious and made to perfection.
Excellent, as always.
Delicious ice cream in Burlington, home of the Ben & Jerry's :)
The ice cream was so creamy and mouthwatering, making u to want more and more. U should also try the waffle cone, really fresh and crunchy. The cone and the ice cream made a perfect blend. I ordered the small scoop (got 2 flavors which were New York Super Fudge Chunk and Coffee Coffee Buzz Buzz Buzz) and cone waffle for $9.20. It was worth it.
The shop was clean, and I really loved the decoration and the minivan inside the store. The staffs were kind and friendly. There were restrooms and water tap. Cozy place to hang out and enjoy the dairy product at its finest.

Didn't bother going in after seeing the racist sign, no thanks.

When I was young I was only allowed to get a single scoop in a plane cone. I told my son whatever he wanted; three scoops of Phish Food standing tall in a chocolate and rainbow sprinkled waffle cone. I got hot chocolate. The staff was very polite and we enjoyed sitting on the bench with little cloud tables. My son loved looking at the VW bus parked inside while eating a child's dream.

I got the ultimate hot chocolate with Churro ice cream. So good! But almost $7 for a hot chocolate floored me. I know it's Burlington, but come on.

6 years later we were passing by since we were in town but it was nearly impossible to get in so we ended up leaving. Roads were backed up for miles in every direction, WAY too many cars and people trying to make it to this mediocre attraction.
Original Review:
The place did not have a wow factor. Although we watched an interesting video of the history of Ben & Jerry's, the view of the factory / manufacturing process was sub-par. You cant see the ice cream being made. You can only see it being boxed up. Thoroughly enjoyed the ice cream at the end of the tour though.
The lines were very long to purchase ice cream and the service was slower than I expected.
Overall, it's something to say you've experienced but I have no desire to ever go back... Rather go to a store and buy ice cream to take home to enjoy.

We go there for the taste, the creams rich in creaminess, a waffle cone made on site or the delicious red berry sorbet! Yum.

The ice cream was really good, not the best I've ever had in my life. Prices were on the higher end. Located right on Church St Marketplace l!

Over priced ice cream with slow service. Do yourself a favor and hit up a local small business ice cream shop.
