The fries were completely stale, yet they were hot. It feels like they heated up an old batch just to get rid of it. The wings were good. The boneless wings were fine.

Pretty typical Buffalo Wild Wings experience as you find anywhere.
Same food, same vibes, same menu but a large offering of local Vermont and New York beers on tap. Bar area here is pretty nice and big compared to some BWW locations though, good place to watch a game. Seemed very willing to get any game you want on a TV which is nice

We were seated at our table for almost 15 minutes before our server came over to us. She took our drink order (tea/lemonade) and I said I think we are ready to order. We placed our order- 15 traditional wings,6 boneless wings, fries and asked for the pretzel bites as an appetizer. She left our table and disappeared. Approximately 15 minutes after that she came back with our drinks and pretzel knots. We waited 45 minutes after that for our food. In that 45 minutes 3 other tables that were seated after us and had a different server got their drinks, appetizers and their food. When we hit the 45 minute mark she came over and asked how we were doing to which I said “we haven’t gotten our food yet” she replied I put it in. She then proceeded to go to the kitchen and another 10 minutes after that comes over with our food. We never saw her again. I had to ask another server to get her so we could get our bill. We were never asked if we wanted refills, how our food was(once we actually got it). Our food was good and hot so this review isn’t to bash that-service on the other hand, horrible. Next time we want Buffalo Wild Wings we will just go to Plattsburgh.

Love the wings. Takeout didn’t give me the carrots/celery and dressings that I asked for and apparently paid for I was told I had to come back to the store to pick stuff up. When I got home and I was missing all these things was told those things were free and I couldn’t get a refund on anything even though the store was closing in 20 min and I am 20 min away. Disappointed that I couldn’t even get a credit because the wings were what I paid for but the other stuff was “free”? When I do a checkout I literally have to fill in the other things that are part of the order.

I had lunch here today, and it was a mixed bag. We were seated right away, which was great. The server asked if we wanted a high table or not, and we said regular. She was about to seat us at a regular table, but she asked if we wanted a booth instead. It wasn’t too busy, and it took a few minutes for our drink orders to be taken. Our server wasn’t very warm or welcoming, which is always a turn-off. I was really looking forward to trying the Radler, but they didn’t have beer! That was a bit disappointing. The music was a bit loud, which made it hard for our server to hear our orders. He said, “Can’t hear you,” which was a bit rude. I think he could have said, “Sorry, the music is a bit loud and I can’t hear you.” We ordered the fried pickles (small serving size) and chips & salsa (good serving size). They were both served hot and fresh. The way our server served them was cold, which was a bit rude. We ordered the traditional hot wings (medium), but there was no sign of the sauce. They were good and crispy, but where was the sauce? We also ordered beer beef cheese cheesesteak and chicken parm melt. Both were good and tasty! The only time our server checked on us was after he gave us our main meal. We were surprised he checked on us twice within 5 minutes. All he said was, “Everything good here?” There was plenty of seating from high tables to regular tables and booths. There was limited bar seating, but there were plenty of TVs that covered all kinds of sports. I would have given it a 5-star rating if the service had been better. The quality of the food made up for the poor service.

Decent food
It wasn't busy when I came when I arrived at noon.
I had the black bean burger which comes with fries. Delicious .Very difficult to eat. The bun was delicious. The guacamole 🥑 was good but combined with the not yet ripe tomatoes pickles 🥒 and lettuce made it impossible to bite because it slipped all over the place. Be forewarned!
I had to use a fork 🍴- I was given 2 forks no 🔪 knife 😮 upbeat sports bar atmosphere .

This is the best chain restaurant period. The one in Burlington Vermont is amazing. The food is always perfect and taste is always on point. You won't leave this place unhappy. Service is great. Atmosphere is amazing as well. 5 star

2.5 stars. Their burgers and traditional wings are alright, but their chicken tenders are one of the worst I've had from any restaurant. The tenders come in tiny proportions and also, they're also soft and not crispy at all. They also tasted stale as if they've been refried. it's really disappointing for the price they charge. If you guys wants chicken tenders then try Dave's Hot Chicken. They're way better by miles. Also the customer service for BWW sucks. There have been times when I would be quoted 20 mins and I show up 35 mins later and they're still not done. Then there were times when I'm waiting by the cash register trying to pick up and they'll serve the person who just entered thru the door. Not sure if that was a discrimination/race issue, but none the less, not right especially when I've been standing there for a min. They forget to include extras like ranch and sometimes their wings come with barely any sauce. I think I'm done giving them so many chances over the years.

Wings all looked like they were from anorexic chickens and one of the 15 I got was the wrong part of the wing and less than half the size it should have been and im pretty sure it still had feathers on it very dissatisfied they should have some sort of reject criteria when cooking them
Gross gross gross. Never again.

They have a lot of different types of sauces for their wings. Also many other types of food to order. It’s a very American experience:)) both food and the environment
