I ordered take out for the first time and it was incredible! Everything was beautifully plated in the to go containers and everything was so flavorful! We got the Benedict, La Bomba, French toast, a pork empanada and a donut!

The best Colchester has to offer. Rotating menu of food and pastries keep things fun. Some of my personal favorites are the beef empanadas and papi’s flan. Brunch cocktails are also 🔥. Can’t go wrong with this chef/family owned spot.

I ordered take out on a Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the La Bandera. Jerk Wings, El Cubano and a couple desserts. Everything was very good, I do wish the El Cubano had more seasoning and a better bread. Overall I
enjoyed the food and recommend this place, I will be back.

FIVE STARS to Café Mamajuana for their outstanding Dominican fusion cuisine in Burlington and Colchester, VT! My wife—our family’s toughest food critic with the highest standards—declared it “Amazing!” High praise, indeed. So what are you waiting for? Go taste for yourself!

Spectacular. One of the best donuts I’ve ever had. The Eggs Benedict, Poutine, French Toast, and empanadas are a must. The Flan tops any other flan Ive ever had. Easily one of my favorite breakfast/lunch meals to date.

Where to begin. I guess just by saying “GO HERE TO EAT!” Amazing food. We shared the Tres Leches French Toast, the
Plantain Benedict and the poutine. All of them were amazing. And do not miss the baked goods. The yeast donuts are the lightest texture i have ever had… and i have had some donuts in my life. I am embarrassed to say that we took one of each of the items from the case home with us and so far they are all spectacular. We will be back!

Edit: just tried the flan… at a loss for words. The second best flan i have ever had cannot be seen from where i am now standing. Seriously, not to be missed.

I decided to try Café Mamajuana and started with their refreshing passionfruit juice while looking over the menu. I eventually went with the Bandera featuring pulled chicken and pickled red onions, along with a side of plantain fries.

The meal was outstanding. The pulled chicken was unbelievably tender and flavorful, perfectly complemented by the rice, beans, and the salty crunch of the chip. Every bite was a delight—it was honestly the best chicken I’ve had in a long time. The plantain fries added a unique and satisfying touch to the meal.

This café is fantastic. The newer location has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, with plenty of parking and seating available. If you haven’t been yet, you need to give it a try—you won’t regret it. The staff were so kind and i loved the seating and plants! The baked goods were also amazing!!

My family and I love this place. I haven't found anywhere else in the entire state that sells rice and beans even close to hiw good this place is. Fro. The French toast to their pork and mudaros, donuts, flan, it's all so delicious.
