I order through the mobile app and they got my order wrong. I ordered the new chipotle honey chicken and they didn’t add it. I instead got a veggie bowl. If they ran out I understand, but why did no one confront me? And I even spoke to the two workers when picking up my order, neither informed me that they ran out.

I don’t visit this location often, but every time I do, I tell myself “never again.” No mobile ordering (likely because they are understaffed) resulted in a 20 minute line. Once I got to the front (at 6:30pm) they tell me they’re out of steak…cool. Since I can’t mobile order they seemed irritated that I asked for 2 burritos. Went light on the toppings. Loaded up twice as much corn as anything else then started wrapping the burrito without even asking if I wanted cheese or anything else. Can’t blame the workers though really, this place needs new management. Oh and to top it all off, the entire burrito was cold as if it just came out of the fridge, so despite the massive line the food was clearly sitting out for a while. This location, never again. Go to the Dorset location if you can…but as a California native I can confirm Chipotle in VT just ain’t it.

Simply DELICIOUS!!! I’m from Montreal, so there is no Chipotle here. Every opportunity I get (whenever i’m in the US and there is a Chipotle close by), i stop by and order a bowl. This time (as every time), i ordered a chicken bowl with guacamole. It was so so so good!! I recommend this place. Employees were very nice as well!
Guacamole was super brown. Honestly looked nasty. Just head to the one on Dorset street instead.

Great place for a quick lunch break or out with friends. Keeps well in the fridge for the next day too so sometimes 1 meal is 2. Gotta be careful ordering though because you might pick their Dorset location by accident. Love their compost program!
Dietary restrictions: Keto, Vegetarian, gluten friendly, dairy friendly. Ask to change gloves and utensils as spoons can touch burrito shells/dairy items. You may need to wait to the side while they finish your order while taking fresh product from the back.
Parking: Shared parking lot with other businesses
Kid-friendliness: 2 high chairs available, some booths and stationary bench seating, kids 3+yrs can reach utensils etc. Bathrooms are average.

Server was inexperienced. Food scattered all over serving area and floor. She tried to scrape the bottom of the pan for my order. I declined to eat there. Manager was very professional in trying to resolve situation. I declined the free meal and just chose not to eat there or return.
