The Cider is amazing! We only had apps and they were ok. We would probably skip the food next time.

Love the cider. My friends and I went to watch WNBA on a snowy Saturday afternoon. After the game concluded, our check was slammed onto the table without asking. Staff was extremely rude. Sadly wont be back.

Some great cider options including several non-alcoholic options and everything between very dry and sweet. Over a dozen cider styles. Our favorites were the Juicy Hazy and the Unified. The fried cheese curds were exceptional and made from local Vermont cheese.

Had the spinach dip and a flight of the classic 4 ciders. Two real good ones, but flight was dragged down by one I personally did not enjoy. I’m going to flag the spinach dip as do not order, it was NOT good, tasted off some bone, and I barely touched it despite its high price. Just do a full meal if you’re really needing food. Good vibe though!

Nice spot. Atmosphere is pleasant and cool. We didnt see any wheelchair ramps. If you come with a stroller or a wheelchair ♿️ good luck 😅
Wings was nice!
Cider was good also, many varieties
Burger was one hit and one miss. Smoky smash ✅ classic smash was ok, not our favourite
Nice place

Citizen Cider served up some great Hard Cider on our quick, but good visit to this establishment!
We dropped by Citizen Cider on a weekend afternoon between 3 and 6pm, the establishment was not busy.
We unfortunately did not grab food on this visit as we were on our way to another event where food would be served, so we settled on a flight of hard cider and an order of chips and queso dip for a quick visit. The flight we ordered was of the sweeter variety of ciders on tap and we enjoyed them immensely!
We regret that we couldn't dine here, but considering we cannot give an honest recommendation on food, we can definitely recommend the hard cider!

Stopped in for a flight and lunch. I wish they’d let you pick your own flavors in the flight, but that wasn’t enough to detract from the experience. Great service, good drinks, and creative food options. Loved the elote tacos!

Love to buy their cider in stores but their customer service at the restaurant is beyond disappointing. Couldn’t get a straight answer from any of the staff on getting a drink because it was “going to rain” and inside seating was full (but it didn’t rain). Couldn’t even make eye contact with the bartender while just trying to get a drink, so my family and I walked out, not dealing with rude customer service like that. I will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone I know, very disappointing!

I only gave it one star because the food was great per usual. We sat at the bar, the bartender was ….horrible. Miserable. I had to ask to order food, had to ask to have a water, she never asked me if I wanted another cider until I asked for water.
I never write reviews, as I am a server and expect what I give, but even when she handed us a bill, never a “thank you” “have a great day” … if she isn’t into building regular customers then she did a great job.
Just super horrible customer service skills. Bartending is not her thing.
Maple chicken sandwhich was so good! Fries amazing! The beans were not my favorite, but might be someone’s

Not quite done for the day, it's time for another round of drinks and food. Citizen Cider was open until 8 so when I got here in a rainstorm at 7, it was quiet. Still serving and happy for the business.
I chose a pint of The Unified Press and an order of the Crispy Brussels, both of which arrived swiftly. The cider was semi-dry with just a bit of sweetness. A perfect nightcap. The Brussels sprouts was a big portion and half of it went into a to go box. But the first half, I enjoyed very much until it was closing time.
This was a lovely way to end my day of exploring Burlington. Nice warm spot, friendly service and great eats/drinks. I am only bummed that they were sold out of their non-alcoholic The Clean Mayor to bring a pack back home to my wife.
Vegetarian options: The Brussels sprouts are amazing. Or the Kimchi bowl with tofu.
Dietary restrictions: Ask about allergens
Parking: Check signs for meter enforcement times.
Kid-friendliness: Yes.
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not sure if they have an elevator or ramp. The front entrance is up a flight of stairs.

Amazing little place if you’re looking to take a break from walking around Burlington. We really enjoyed the giving tree flight. Also recommend the watermelon mint feta appetizer.

At noon, we had 2 delicious ciders, The Dirty Mayor and Wits Up. The Elote Chicken tacos were full of superior taste. We had our dog with us out on the deck. Our server offered the dog water/bowl but we had these ourselves.

We were planning to just grab a drink and then go somewhere else for dinner, but the menu here looked better than the one that was recommended. We shared the chicken sandwich and the poutine. I gave them 4 stars for food because the poutine was okay, although I wish it had more meat on it. The chicken sandwich was very good, though. Loved the vibe and atmosphere here.
