We tried all their ciders on the menu and there's really good stuff in there! Nice place in Burlington, the place is cool, the food is good and there's 10+ different kind of ciders to try! The poutine was fantastic, the fries were crusty and the gravy sauce one of the best I ever had.

Good food, good cider, beer and cocktails. Made our two families (four little ones!) feel very welcome and at home!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! Stroller access is available via wheelchair access, but we just carried ours up the stairs. Kids menu and kids drinks. Crayons and paper.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Great cider - the dirty mayor is delicious with a ginger hint, makes for a refreshing sip

Found this place while visiting Burlington with my family. The atmosphere and food were fantastic. My wife and I tried the cider sampler. I definitely recommend!
Citizen Cider is a good restaurant close to downtown Burlington, Vermont - not the best restaurant in the city, but a good one if you’re craving gastropub-y food! There are a lot of great gluten-free options which is a massive benefit to this place. We got a couple of different non-alcoholic drinks made with their All Times drinks (which were very good), the fried artichokes, Seoul tots, Pine St. poutine, fried Brussels sprouts, and the Citizen smash burger - literally all of that was gluten-free, believe it or not! We had mixed opinions about a couple of dishes, but we did really enjoy the Pine St. poutine, fried artichokes, and fried Brussels sprouts. Maybe skip the burger we got - that’s my only suggestion. All in all, this was a good place with great service and definitely one we would go to again if we were craving the type of food we got. You will probably enjoy it!

We had an amazing time at Citizen Cider! Being gluten free, I loved how many drink and food options there were! My wife is pregnant and she loved the cider mocktails. The Brussels sprouts are not to be missed and definitely try a cider flight as well!

Friendly service and good food. I had the beet salad with chicken, seasoned well. The Mac n cheese was great as were the maple wings. Oh the cider doesn't suck either. Dirty major is my fave.

Had a cider flight and some sides. The side state give you is plenty for two people to share. Got fries and brussel sprouts. Should have just gotten one of the sides to share as it was a lot of food. The cider was great. Got the original cider flight.

Citizen Cider offers a pleasant dining experience with very good food, though not exceptional. What sets them apart is their dog-friendly policy, which adds a welcoming touch to the atmosphere. While the cuisine might not reach the heights of greatness, the overall experience is enjoyable, making it a solid choice for those looking for a pet-friendly dining option.Drinks are good!
