The most tranquil, mindful cafe in the Church Street Marketplace area. I don't even particularly like tea and I really enjoyed my chocolate chai chai chai. The atmosphere is slow paced and a sensory delight. Just don't be in a hurry.
A lovely, quiet place where you'll wait to be seated, possibly in an area with floor cushions, and order from a grand variety of tea options. They have many Asian tea varieties. My partner and I had a splendid oolong tea. The service and atmosphere are charming and the price inoffensive. Super recommend this spot for any time of day for anyone looking to have a meditative time chatting quietly with your friends.
The best tea shop in Burlington.
it’s gas.
I just went for the first time and it’s my new favorite place in Burlington! The two people working today were amazing! An amazing space, I can’t wait to go back soon. It seems like my new weekly routine!

Pros
(1) The tea is excellent
(2) There are many teas to choose from, and the tea booklet describing them is nice
(3) The food is tasty, light, and healthy
(4) The staff are knowledgeable
(5) The place is quiet and cozy
Cons
(1) The Asian lady that works there is straight up rude. Passive aggressive and snide remarks/tone, sighs, eye rolls. She acts like every order is a burden. To add insult to injury she gets orders wrong.
(2) They are understaffed and wait times are long. Expect at least 20-30 min waits just for the tea, and longer for the food. And I've seen people wait 30 minutes at the tea store just to be attended to.
(3) Everyone's tea and food doesn't come out at the same time so you will be watching your friends drink/eat while you have nothing. Once, I received both my tea and food while my friend still had not received their tea
(4) The back sitting room is too dark, I could barely see in front of me
(5) The tables at the front by the window are flimsy, wobbly, and feel like they will collapse at any moment

Horrible costumer service. Came in Wed September 4th 3PM.
The lone worker was mad I didn’t close the door, which is fine, but that attitude carried over our entire interaction.
I was trying to order a bubble tea, so she asked me if I wanted caffeine or not. I hadn’t been asked that question regarding to boba before, so I asked what people usually got. She said that she’s asking me what I want.
I repeated the question, as I wanted whatever was more common.
She told me it didn’t matter what other people did, that she’s asking me.
I was surprised, and just kind of stared at her a moment before saying caffeine.
She asked me what kind of milk and blah blah blah, then I found out you guys don’t have flavors. Your website shows pictures of flavors.
Either she was just being a jerk, or your website is outdated. I’ll give your business the benefit out the doubt, because the employee that “helped” me shouldn’t have to represent the entire business, but if she continues to work there, anyone that she helps will think twice before coming back again.
Fantastic and authentic sit-down tea shop with a great atmosphere. Plenty of tea options and a knowledgeable staff. Cozy seating options ranging from chairs to pillows on the floor (no shoes allowed for pillow/floor tables)

If I lived closer, I would go back here at least twice a week. The employees are very knowledgeable on tea and it's such a cozy spot. The masala chai is the best I've had from any shop, and I tried the maple walnut cheesecake, and the flavors were incredible, very sweet and mapley without being too sweet! My boyfriend got a yerba mate that was smoky and rich. I'd suggest this shop in a heartbeat!
Great selection of tea as well as a wonderful atmosphere and very friendly staff. Definitely try any of their teas, and you won't be disappointed.

It's one of my daughters' favorite places. It was my first time here. I wanted to try authentic spiced chai. It was so good that I got a second one. My daughter had Lychee tea. We also had a mix of dries, figs dates, and apricots. The proprietress was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Great light bites and atmosphere. Employee is very knowledgeable of teas and gave a good recommendation. Worth the visit! Hangout space, study/work, food.
I really liked this place when it was still in the other location. It is very very dark now. There was only one woman there who was overworked and very quiet. I assumed because of the overwhelm. She made me an absolutely delicious tea but it took 25 mins to get it.
