This is very expensive for tea (especially that you can easily recreate that at home with hot water...). But the crew is very knowledgeable (they get the temperature and time right for your selected tea), their selection is impressive and the place is very relaxing. We tried the flight of three tea (green, black, puer) and it came with two kettles of hot water to refill multiple times.. so if you want to drink a whole lot of tea as it gets more and more mild.. go right ahead. My only gripe is their tea kettles which were cute but HORRIBLE to pour from... it felt we were trying to do a simple task with a -15 handidap. Water went everywhere... so that should be improved. It's a nice relaxed chill place to go to however to enjoy a different experience.

The old Pita Jerusalem is now... a simple toast cut in pieces with various spices on it. Way too expensive now. It used to be good when they were at their previous location. They will include a 20% gratuity, no matter if the service was good or not.

Like Amanda J. who posted in October, 2023, I have placed an order for tea with Dobra Tea Vermont. My order was placed more recently, November 6th 2023, but I have heard nothing from them about delays or deliveries for the past 4 weeks. I have received no response to email. I have called the phone number approximately 10 times over the last 2 weeks at various times and on different days, and have not been able to make contact. The phone rings and goes to a voice mail that is full and then hangs up, so that a message cannot be left. This seems to be going beyond poor service and communication, and I caution anyone who tries to place an online order! Joseph F. Foster, RI

We were looking forward to some tea on a celebratory birthday weekend but that took a quick turn the second we entered this place. Within minutes the man wearing the yellow dish gloves was extremely rude and talked down to us so disrespectfully we walked out the door before even looking at a menu. We went to a window table and the woman working said they would be right over to clear the table. So we sat down just to wait and the man comes running over and rudely yelled at us “did you not hear what she said” so we stood up and were shocked we were just yelled at like 2nd graders. I told him not to talk to us like that and we decided to take our business elsewhere. If you like to be degraded and disrespected, than this place is for you! Honestly, spend your money down the road at Muddy Waters(that where we ended up going after), their tea is delightful and homemade. Shame on Dobra Tea. 0 stars.

This was the highlight of my visit to Burlington as a tea enthusiast. I enjoyed my green tea flight which really let me savor the difference between two types of green tea. The seating area in the back made for the perfect atmosphere to chat with my friend for a while as we drank our tea and relaxed from all the traveling. I'm from the other side of the country but had heard about this place online and it was worth the visit!

I wish I could give this spot 10 stars. You walk in and are immediately transported - soft piano music plays, ambient lighting, pillows and comfy spots to choose from all over the room. I loved being in a space surrounded by other women my age who just sat and read books or chatted with friends or worked on their laptop. I drink chai pretty much every day and have had it all over but if I could drink nothing but Dobra's Taste of Kashmir chai every single day for the rest of my life, I'd be happy.

I really like the shop; I've been to a couple of Dobra locations and they are always lovely. The ambiance is peaceful and the food is decent. HOWEVER. I ordered tea from Dobra Vermont in August. It is now October, and the order has not been delivered. Dobra has not responded to emails or a voice message. I tried leaving a comment on their Instagram to get their attention, and they reported it as spam! What kind of customer service is that? Just no curiosity as to whether I was making a real inquiry, and making the kind of report that can get my account deleted. I'm really disgusted. What are y'all playing at?

Dobra tea serves (and sells) an amazing selection of tea, light food and baked goods. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxing. I loved the little teapot and ceramic mug - so much that I ended up buying one of their milk servers to take home.
