I was on a vacation trip to Vermont with my family of four when we decided to order dominos for a quick and easy dinner delivered to our hotel. Our bill totaled 80$ including a tip which initially wasn’t bad and expected it to be worth it. However, the food came on time but was badly prepared. We order 24 wings total but they were all severely undercooked. The breadsticks were the best thing we ordered. While the garden salads were plain and half dressed. The overall order was extremely disappointing considering the food stigma around dominos delivery. In the future dominos will no longer be on the list.

Genuinely tasty food, but an absolute scam when it comes to their rewards program. I normally add a few additional toppings when I redeem a free pizza, so I expect the price to not be a flat 0. The other day I ordered a pizza to the exact specifications of the free pizza (medium 2 topping). It still cost 2$ plus a delivery fee of course. When yall say something is free, it better be free. Why the hell am I saving up these points then?

I'm traveling for work and I was hungry,kind of late and it seemed my first options were NOT available...i tried to order on the app and then was transferred to an amazing agent.... it's ok.. u guys are about to close, AND I FELT BAD!! she said put ur order in. She is amazing and I'd love to have someone as wonderful as Jen on my team. 5 stars and I haven't even got the pizza yet ??♀️

I can't believe I am writing a review for Domino's let alone giving them 5 stars. I travel a lot and in a crunch order Domino's. Most leave a lot to be desired ( long delivery times, forgotten items, cold food, etc.). Not this one! Fast, hot, and very courteous driver. Knew I was in a hotel and even brought plates and napkins without asking. This store needs to train the rest.
