I used to go here daily, but it became understaffed to the point that I showed up one day and only one girl was working there and her boyfriend was talking to her the whole time. I stopped going for years because of how understaffed it was.
I was forced to go there just now and things appear to have changed! Four employees meant nobody was waiting. The food was ready immediately. Everybody had the proper attire. I loved it!
I think I might be going back!

Very rude attitude both morning and night time crew. Left my coffee sitting there for over 20 minutes without taking the time to call my name or put it on the counter, it just sat there while other customers were taken care of, not to mention the place very dirty and disorganized. When I asked where’s my coffee they rolled their eyes at me and didn’t apologize for their rude service and behavior. My ice coffee was completely melted not ice and wasn’t offer a new one.

Ordered oat. Got milk. I didnt realize right away. Someone else tasted it and it tasted like whole milk. (I wouldnt know I haven't had dairy milk for the most of my life). With espresso and flavoring I didnt realize. But im in ALOT of pain and lots of diarrhea.

The manager Isaac and their staff do not give a damn to the customers! It was the second time they could bacon in my order while that was not clearly in the order and they did not had a basic court courtesy to even say sorry despite me even asking for one! They’re excuse that they are too busy to pay attention to the order details. Even making my order for second time, he didn’t even care to check the details and failed to current toppings!!!

Online orders for walk up often come missing items, and staff would rather chat than help customers. you have to yell to get their attention. So frustrating!!!
Worst dunkin, “manager” hoards donuts, any other dunkin around would give me an exchange if I accidentally clicked the wrong donuts. Everyone knows they’re gonna throw out (or eat themselves possibly) at least 30 donuts a night. Go to Colchester, or the other Shelburne rd, they’re kind and know how to work in customer service. Practices like this manager is what’s killing the planet and giving businesses a bad name- they’d rather throw out 30-50 donuts in the trash than give two to someone who clicked the wrong thing. Again “manager” acted like I asked for his first borns soul when literally any other dunkin would be like “oh yeah no problem” I hope this dunkin can get a manager soon because this man did not understand customer service. Spoken as someone with probably more customer service experience. He seemed very new to it.

I have been going to this Dunkin location very regularly over the past 6 months. I have had the pleasure of being served by Two many times. He always has a smile and a positive attitude, often going out of his way to be helpful and check in on customers. Even at the busiest times, Two always remains cool under pressure, and makes coming to this location an enjoyable part of my day. I will be moving away from Burlington, and will be sad to no longer see Two’s friendly smile everyday.
