Worst dunkin, “manager” hoards donuts, any other dunkin around would give me an exchange if I accidentally clicked the wrong donuts. Everyone knows they’re gonna throw out (or eat themselves possibly) at least 30 donuts a night. Go to Colchester, or the other Shelburne rd, they’re kind and know how to work in customer service. Practices like this manager is what’s killing the planet and giving businesses a bad name- they’d rather throw out 30-50 donuts in the trash than give two to someone who clicked the wrong thing. Again “manager” acted like I asked for his first borns soul when literally any other dunkin would be like “oh yeah no problem”
I hope this dunkin can get a manager soon because this man did not understand customer service. Spoken as someone with probably more customer service experience. He seemed very new to it.

They take a little bit longer than most dunks when busy but they always come on top for dunks in the area. I usually mobile order ahead to avoid the wait

I have been going to this Dunkin location very regularly over the past 6 months. I have had the pleasure of being served by Two many times. He always has a smile and a positive attitude, often going out of his way to be helpful and check in on customers. Even at the busiest times, Two always remains cool under pressure, and makes coming to this location an enjoyable part of my day. I will be moving away from Burlington, and will be sad to no longer see Two’s friendly smile everyday.

There was a line of people waiting to order, but the staff focused on the mobile orders until people got fed up and left. Waited 10 minutes just to order and then another 15 minutes for a large cold brew, all while they were cranking out drinks for mobile orders. Every now and again, someone would pop over to the counter and take an order.

Absolutely horrible. All the workers are extremely rude. Managers are liars. Lied straight to my face about there being no shift lead then the general manager told me there was. They are selfish and rude ti customers entire time i worked there and are ignoring to help me with getting my W2

Employees regularly mess up orders. I have seen them touch their face (picking nose) while making food. They also often leave one person to make the orders while the rest will stand around talking so it takes 10-15 minutes for them to make 4 coffees and 4 sandwiches.

Ordered on the app. Came and was told they were out of the chicken wrap I paid for and that because there is no manager in duty they will not give me a refund. The worker was extremely rude about it and laughed while he told me that I was just out of luck and would have to deal with it. He seemed high as hell.

Extremely disappointed today as we are regulars. First get told there's no wraps so I couldn't get my meal. Then coffee is messed up both mine and husband's. Then find out there are wraps from another employee.. they are frozen and the staff were being lazy. I'm not sure how this used to be the best around and my favorite dunkin to no one knowing anything about their job but the 1 friendly older woman with blonde hair ...I will not be returning as I'm tired of going back to have my drinks remade and I don't like how I get talked to. And for the GM if you can't do your job step down and let someone else.. I wouldn't want someone ruining my business that's for sure.

I have come to this location about 4 times the first time they made me a Carmel frap when I ordered a matcha. Those are two different colors. The second time I had ordered a matcha again there was exactly no flavor in it all I tasted was the ice. The 3rd time there system was down and wasn't sure if I payed for 12 donuts and coffee or not. Not complaining about the free food. But the 4th time I had ordered online running late to work and drove up to the store and it was closed. I have tried to give this location so many chances and none of them have worked in my favor. Back to my Starbucks I go.

There was maybe 8 people waiting, looked like maybe 5 to 8 to go orders. I got in line to wait and was just told "Sorry we aren't taking orders anymore". Pretty much told to get out. Really rude if im honest. It was clear to me you were busy and it would be a bit. All I wanted was a hot coffee. Takes 15 seconds to make.

Ill be off to pay Burlington Bagel for a coffee. Theydont kick me out even with 30 people in line.

Oh and the bathroom doesnt lock. Someone should really get on that.
