Was so excited when I heard Fancy’s was getting a restaurant space and it goes above and beyond with vegan food. Each dish was so unique and perfectly flavored and cooked, wonderfully fresh flavors and local produce!

This is one of those kinds of restaurants that makes you not want to leave when you’re in from out of town! A local recommended it and I’m SO glad I came. There was already a bit of a line at the door when I got there a few minutes before open. Inside the restaurant is adorable. The white bean dip with focaccia was to die for!! We tried 6 different items and shared, family style. They were they were all phenomenal!! The smorgasbord of vegan & gluten free items were amazing! With many food sensitivities & allergies, I cannot often enjoy unique cuisine like a real “foodie” & we were all wowed by the creativity & ingenuity of Chef Paul.
