Very nice setting at the waters edge. A few minutes outside of downtown. Right behind the coast guard building. Pretty good menu. Excellent quality. Portion sizes are okay not huge. Great cheese steak, one of the best in the last 10 years. We went during lunch hours, however I can see how it would be very nice at sunset. Not that many tables there. Order and pay at the till, they will then bring the food to you.

Me and my family came here with four kids and two adults and all the food was amazing and the wait wasn't long.

Food is excellent. However house rules are, you leave your credit card with the cashier. Oddly the cashier had a hard time handing out the proper, rightful cards to the owners. Go figure with all the latest paying tech out there. So just be aware. Beyond that the location is great with views of the marina. Cycling trail is a stones through away and very convenient as a fueling stop.

We stopped for lunch here while visiting ECHO, and everything was delicious. My husband had the grilled chicken sandwich and I had a salad, kids had the hot dog and chicken fingers. The cocktails were good too.

Breathtaking sunset views along the waterfront. People were friendly on a first name basis serving very good food that was somewhat healthy. Walked and waited for awhile for a table boot could order drinks or take out with little wait.

Ok let me start by saying I never write reviews. I worked in a couple high end restaurants in my 20s and 30s so I know the industry and don't like to give bad reviews. We had a bit of a wait to get a table but the atmosphere was amazing the drinks were ok so the time went fast. My partner and I both ordered lobster rolls and an order of truffle fries. We both had like 5 or 6 small bite sized pieces of lobster on a large roll with a load of micro greens. My first three bites did not include any lobster to give you an idea. We each had about 5 to 8 potato chips. I had 7 pickle chips my partner none. The $10 truffle fries were about the size of a McDonald's small fry. Disappointing is all I can say after hearing about this place for a year and finally venturing into Burlington to give it a try.

Absolutely the single best lobster rolls I have ever had. The view of Lake Champlain is idyllic, the farm to table food is fresh and very well done, and the atmosphere can't be beat.

Okay first of all, going here for the view alone is worth it. The food is an added benefit. While not cheap, everything is fairly priced and very tasty. We had lobster roll, falafel, and truffle fries, and while everything was amazing, the fries stood out the most. If in town, use an evening of nice weather to take advantage of this spot!

A food truck next to the marina = great food in a perfect setting. This was my favorite meal/food in Burlington. Viewing the boats come and go was the cherry on top. It rained lightly while we were there, but they have table umbrellas and a large party umbrella to keep
