Good sandwiches, the roast beef with horseradish mayo is my favorite. Friendly service.

Enjoyed our bagel breakfast sandwiches from here. Nice customer service. Received our sandwiches very quickly. Reasonable pricing. The interior isn’t the cutest, strikes me as more of a take out place than eat in. Would happily get breakfast from them again.

The Shelburne location is closed. Please take a minute and update your website and save your customers a wasted trip
Has the old rustic feel of a bagel shop in my home town which I didn’t mind, only one lady on when I came in so wasn’t gonna bust chops when she is literally smiling and getting orders out rather quickly.
Ordered a basic bacon egg and cheese on an Asiago, the cheddar was nice and melted, the egg was warm, and loaded with crunch bacon.
Not to bad solid 7/10 sandwich.

I feel like the first requirement for a bagel shop is to have good bagels. These are not good bagels. They are dense/hard and small.

This bagel shop is the real deal! Known for their fresh, perfectly chewy bagels, it’s a go-to spot for breakfast or lunch. The spreads and sandwich options are top-notch, with plenty of variety to keep everyone happy. The staff is friendly, service is quick, and the vibe is warm and welcoming. A must-try!

Only one person working and she was being short tempered with customers. Tried ordering tea and was told the “system” for tea is down which makes no sense as people were ordering coffee which also uses hot water. Ordered toasted bagels which were hardly toasted. Can’t recommend.

Every time I’ve gone to this space it felt like a stressful experience. I almost feel like I’m bothering the employees by being in there.
The bagels are too dense and flavourless.
We got sandwiches and despite telling the cashier that we’d like them toasted they were not. The veggies are cut very big making the veggie sandwich/creating your own very bad.
Overall don’t recommend.

**Five-Star Review for Feldman’s Bagels**
Feldman’s Bagels made my morning! Even though I placed an order online, I arrived early, and they went out of their way to make my everything bagel right away. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I ordered.
On top of that, they complimented my jacket and made the whole experience feel extra special with their kind and helpful attitude. It's rare to find such warm customer service these days, and Feldman's definitely stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back for more great bagels and great vibes!

I was really annoyed to walk in to only 2 people working and they took forever to take my order even though there was no line. It was dead silent and felt eerie and the workers are standing around like they have nothing to do, but really 4 people are also waiting for their food. Really weird atmosphere. The workers don’t know what they’re doing and they look confused all the time. Worried to get my food. #prayforme.

Never been to a place with a dirtier floor, felt like a dive bar. Bagel was tiny and dense

Doordashed a cinnamon raisin bagel, lightly toasted, with a heavy spread of maple walnut cream cheese. I hate to say it, but although it wasn’t bad, it wasn’t good either. The bagel was small, dense, and hard to bite into, and you couldn’t take a bite of it without it coming apart. I also felt like they sort of skimped on the cream cheese, especially when I ordered extra. However, I’m sort of glad that they didn’t add more as the cream cheese was more liquidy than creamy and overall just wasn’t it for me.

I like the bagels here and the location is very convenient. I’ve decided to stop getting prepared bagels here though because they are never toasted! I select triple toast AND dark toast and still get entirely untoasted bagels every time. I am confused by this because they used to toast bagels very nicely. Do I need to ask for it differently or is it just not doable to get a dark toast? If it’s not doable it’d be nice to remove the option.
