Folino's Pizza, Burlington

One of the best pizza’s I have ever eaten. The staff went out of their way to be kind to us and the combination makes me want to go back frequently.

The person ringing me up had to divert for a moment to turn a pizza that was already cooking in the wood fire oven. I found that charming. The pizza is thin, the ingredients are high quality and the crust turns out perfect.

We had the Meatza with extra sausage, candied jalapenos (really sweet and not spicy at all) & extra cheese. Good portion and it tasted nice. The wings are sooo good, we had the Boom Boom wings & Ranch and lemme tell you it is a MUST, you have to try them.

We just ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and you need a magnify glass to find the toppings of pineapple and bacon (see picture). Beware of the false advising depicted in their online menu. We were pretty disappointed when it arrived.

I really wanted to try Folino's because I heard good things about it I appreciate that they told me they could not accommodate allergies. So sadly no review of the restaurant.

I'm a bit of a bread/dough snob. The pizza was fine. Like that it was wood fired, but it just was not memorable. If they used stoneground grain, it may be better.

We ordered the gluten free pizza. I clearly stated that it should be moderately cooked. It was received overcooked: the bacon and bottom crust were blacken. Regardless of my specific request, the pizza should not have been served... it is a shame since the atmosphere is respectable
