Best scallion pancake ever! Potstickers are also really good. Very tasty and fresh. They are one of favorites at the Burlington Farmers Market on Pine St. You definitely gotta give them a try! ?

For my birthday today, I wanted the scallion pancakes from Green Mountain Potstickers and pre-ordered those plus some potstickers. When I went to pick up my order, Carey had surprised me with amazing flowers from June Farm...what??? Not only was the food excellent, that was so sweet, unexpected and way beyond what one would do for a stranger...it is definitely much appreciated! Thank you Carey and as you can see from the photo, the pancakes and half of the dumplings were consumed before I can take a photo. 😜 You made my morning and our tummies were very grateful!

A few years ago I attended the Stowe Farmers Market while on vacation and picked up a scallion pancake at Green Mountain Potstickers food cart and it was deliciously satisfying. While visiting Stowe again last month I was disappointed that I would be missing the farmers market so I decided to look up their website to see where else I could find them. Unfortunately due to COVID many local events and markets have been cancelled so they were offering to deliver locally. Our lodge was about an hour out of their delivery range but after messaging the owner, Carey, on Facebook she quickly suggested a commuter lot only a half hour away we could meet her at. She was so kind and friendly! We ordered a variety of frozen dumplings (filled with seitan, tofu, green beans, etc.), scallion pancakes and cucumber salad and she gave us a complimentary noodle salad! The cooking instructions were easy to follow and everything tasted amazing! And Carey messaged me the next day asking if we enjoyed everything and wishing us a wonderful rest of out trip. If you see her food at a local market or event definitely do not hesitate to treat yourself!
