This was my first time visiting Hong's Chinese Dumplings and Ms. Hong was such a sweetheart! I loved the pork and the chicken and cheese dumplings. These aren't your average sized dumplings. They're 2-3x bigger than any frozen ones you buy and it was so nice to eat homemade dumplings.
These dumplin’s slap and the lady that runs it is a gem. She upgraded from a food cart some years ago and has managed to keep the brick and mortar on dumplings alone, that’s how good they are!
Wow. We just so happened to be in Burlington on a Saturday when a friend recommended we come here and I am so glad we did. We had the pork, chicken & cheese, and crab dumplings and they were SO tasty. We also had the pork bao, scallion pancake, and fried rice. Everything was delicious and the owner is so sweet. Our favs were the chicken & cheese and the scallion pancake, but truly, you cannot go wrong. We can't wait to visit again!!
