The food at Ken’s is decent but the staff was “meh.” Ken’s has a strict policy, “no eating ice cream cones from the shop next door,” on its patio. I get that in isolation. Went here for lunch with family, ordered the Josh wine, waitress comes back and tells us they are out of Josh wine would you like to try the Simi brand, could I try a little taste before i order sure she says, than comes back and says no sorry, she says it’s really good so I say ok, what she didn’t tell me that ot was $16 a glass! The whole lunch was a joke! Won’t be back there again!
I ate here twice in August, like when I was a kid I still get two slices of pizza. One time I got onions and mushrooms on both slices, and the other time I got scallions and mushrooms on both slices. Both times the pizza was as good as I remember it being in the 80s and the 90s. I forgot how much I love there pizza. I personally love to eat outdoors on church street. Something that I don't do often anymore since I no longer live in Vermont. Eating there reminds me of my childhood....
