Racist owners that do not provide a merit based employment opportunity. If you have a white sounding name, you’ll get an opportunity to have an interview with him but because you’re black, you’re not allowed to work there my evidence for this is I made two indeed accounts one for white name, one with a black name and they gave a white one and interview and they didn’t select the black one even though it was overqualified. Four years of experience, two years of barista experience and four years of cooking. I think that’s overqualified for some coffee beans.

Pleasant 3 table, 9 stool coffee and cocoa spot. A great place to come take the chill off. Easy. Wouldn't take a tip.

It's pumpkin spice season and I was lucky enough to find Kestrel Coffee for a quick pumpkin spice latte and lemon poppy seed muffin. The coffee wasn't too sweet and had an authentic (not artificial) pumpkin flavor. The muffin was delicious and very lemony. It's a smaller coffee shop, but has a nice atmosphere with a super friendly staff!

The coffee taste different, it's GREAT ! I had a Latte yesterday, totally worth it. Side note, I have an expensive machine at home and I buy my fair trade coffee from a local shop. I'm picky. A day trip from Montreal and I found this little spot to work by the window. Thanks !

Nice little shop off the beaten path in Burlington. It is sunny and quiet. They have lots of pour over options, which were tasty. And the service was fantastic! Friendly and attentive. Will be coming back!

Happy that Kestrel is expanding and opened this Pine street location.Kestrel has the best cold brew in the area. The Denizen is also our favorite specialty drink.Highly recommend any of Kestrel's locations. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, dog friendly and the best drinks.
