This is my favorite cafe in Burlington! The coffee is great quality and the baristas are always friendly. I recommend the honey cinnamon latte. It’s also a great spot to get some work done.

Okay coffee, driest croissant I’ve ever eaten and coldest cashier ever! Similar to another recent review, I asked if I could break $2 for change for the meter so we could sit to enjoy our coffee. The cashier told me that I could get change for my $2 across the street at the bank which is ridiculous considering that there was NO line behind me. This is a SERVICE restaurant, which also needs to go to the bank occasionally for change. I don’t see what the issue is with making change for customers is. Not like I was asking for a whole roll of quarters, and as a service based business, I’m shocked they wouldn’t take the opportunity to be kind to a paying customer to earn repeat business in the future.

Parked on Pearl Street right outside the coffee shop. I didn't have any change for the meter so I went in and asked for change for a dollar so I could pay the meter and come back in and enjoy a cup of coffee. I was told they could not make change even though they were in the register drawer already. I decided to get a coffee elsewhere.
Response to Kru... I love how companies don't respond to complaints any more and just tell the customer they are wrong. I actually told the barista it didn't have to be quarters because I could see the drawer only had nickels. She actually opened the other drawer to look and that one was full of change and still denied. It's called customer service and you failed. Looking at the reviews for the past few months you might want to work on that.

Needed to kill time between two legs of a trip. Super conveniently located next to the Downtown Transit Center with some cute shops nearby too. They played great music the whole time, good atmosphere! Lots of outlets and places to sit.

Great location but awful experience. They restrict internet use: after a couple of hours it drops and you’re not allowed to connect back until 12 hours have passed.
Edit: got an answer from the establishment saying that this has been their wifi policy since they opened and that it’s stated in the login. Ok, it’s still an issue and I don’t think it’s a customer oriented solution.

Not the nicest staff. Coffee does not taste good. Pastries are fine. The cashier put the pastries in the box for me to take without asking if I was sitting or taking. When I said we were sitting there she answered "I already put it in the bag" when I asked for a plate she rolled her eyes

My wife and I went to Kru Coffee today around 4:30 after another shop around the corner refused to serve our drink in a reusable mug. Well, Kru refused to serve us in a reusable mug too! Their excuse was that they were already washing their dishes! Really? Come on Burlington, you can do better than this. Dine-in patrons should not be served in wasteful to-go containers as a default. What a disappointment.
