I ordered lamb Kabab with rice. It was way too below my expectations. Saffron rice is just white plain basmati rice with curd. I was feeling like eating some Indian curd rice and Kabab is also pathetic.

This food is fabulous! Fresh, delicious, and coming directly from the man himself, Daryoush! It’s always a pleasure to eat here!

Heavenly food! Kebab combo—absolutely perfectly prepared; the Vegan version is fantastic, and the Lamb was absolutely delectable and tasty! Delicious!! Such healthy, fresh, tasty, and well prepared food—a gem in Burlington! The cart itself (designed/built by the owner) is EV and completely green; remarkable ingenuity and engineering. Lastly, the owner is a true valuable spirit in our community—thoughtful, innovative, hard working, and kind…makes Vermont such a special place.

Micro Mobile Kitchen is my go-to choice to eat whenever I visit the BFM. I always look forward to their Impossible kabobs made with great care and consideration for both allergies and inclusion of local ingredients. The flavor is amazing and the service is so friendly. I can't rave about Micro Mobile Kitchen enough!

Food is often a bridge between cultures. It’s a great reminder that deep down, we are all surviving in a world together, and despite our differences and struggles, we are nothing more than human. I seriously cannot emphasize enough how much food like this tiny cart changes perspectives on the cultural values and significance of said cultures and countries. From my travels to France and Italy, across the US from Florida to Maine, Boston to LA, and Mexico to Canada, nothing I have eaten compares to the simplicity and beauty of the one small Iranian food cart present on the side of a lonely road.

Authentic Persian cooking. Daryoush designed this most intriguing micro kitchen. He also put together a food experience that compliments Burlington’s growing diversity. Lamb on a skewer or over rice was excellent. Ordering is so fast and easy. Daryoush is a very personable young man who explained the wonders of his native home- Tehran.Thank you!

Excellent food excellent service. Our first time there. Took a walk through the farmers market and decided that we’d much prefer to go to MicroMobile Kitchen and watch a show of people walking by. Would definitely go there again.
